Never been a fan. He's done a couple movies I liked. Raising Arizona, and the two Kick Ass movies were great. I wish they had hurried up and done 1 or 2 more of the Kick Ass series b4 the kid grew up as the whole premise was hysterical, she was great in the role, and the action scenes were great.
But, he tries way to hard at acting and is so overly dramatic at times that don't even make sense. He would never be in Hollywood if it wasn't for his dad.
Same with Jennifer Aniston....she plays what she is....a snotty smart ass bitch. I hated Friends. Anyone could have done her part in the Office movie just as well, and Vince Vaughn carried her in the other one she was in that was funny.

I imagine him to be a creep in person with no soul, and an over-inflated self-importance attitude. Kinda like Spacey....except Spacey was actually a good actor. To this day, I think "The Usual Suspects" was one of the best written, and acting casts I've seen as far as suspense/mystery type genres go.

That and he's a terrible actor. The dumbass has to make a bunch of crappy low budget films every year so he can pay back the IRS.
-
Haha watched it a while back very weird, cage looks young in it with his hair transplant
-
I didnt mind the movie, goofy/campy horror, its what I expected.

Yeah, he loves to chew the scenery for sure ;D But I must admit I find The Rock really watchable - perhaps it's because he was 'behaving' himself more working with Connery..?
And this SNL skit always makes me laugh ;D

Hair implants worked great on him.

Go to star for unoriginal B movie rip offs.

Willis, Arnold, Cage, they were all stars of the 80s and early 90s. 40 years ago
Discussing their current work is like people in the 80s discussing the current work of Clark Gable or Humphrey Bogart.
It's over. Leading men must be under 55 or they remind us too much that we're dying.
While Eastwood, Stallone and other former leading men have solid work over 55,
they are not leading men anymore, they are lead characters. The "leading man" is an archetype that has been discussed in cinematic theory for many years. It's a combination of mythology, psychology and identification in how a "leading man" affects the audience, particularly males. And a leading man cannot be an old man.
Nowadays a leading man can't even be a man, at least not a heterosexual white one. The leading man as an archetype is disappearing.
Perhaps that's how geezers like Willis and Cage hang around. Like living pieces in a cinematic museum.

Same with Bruce Willis lately.
His trademark nonchalance gave way to vague annoyance and a personal disdain for each and every human on the planet. I thought he was going to storm off set in the middle of GI Joe 2.
Bruce is my guy when they make a sequel to The Man Who Wasn't There. "The Man Who Was There But Would Clearly Rather Not Be." [purses lips, sighs]
Sucks. Dude was cool as the other side of the pillow in Moonlighting, Die Hard, and 5th Element.

Love Cage.
Some awesome flicks … Con Air, 8MM, Leaving Las Vegas, etc.
But when he’s bad/good, he is FANTASTIC.

The last Rock movie I watched was a Fast and Furious movie...I think it was the 7th one. I liked his early stuff, but it's the same character every time.
Not much funny I've seen in years, but that was pretty good. Actually, I usually just watch Weekend Update on the SNL channel as that's the only part that's funny to me. When Colin and Michael take shots at each other cracks me up the most. It seems like they each do their writing separately so neither on knows what's coming, as their reactions seem pretty genuine "like, wow! You really went that far? ;D

Dozens of movies a barely a good one. Nick👎
I'm going to have to disagree.
Whilst the vast majority of his movies are duds, he has done a fair number of decent moves.
Con Air
Face/Off
The Rock
National Treasure
All were very enjoyable for what they were. A fair few of his early/Mid 90s stuff were also pretty well received, but not really stuff I enjoy.

Lord of War is my favorite movie of his

I watched the movie “Pig” on a plane. It left me so confused. Not in how it ended or anything, but in how it actually ever got the green light.
-
I enjoyed the remake of Bangkok Dangerous which he was in.
The cinematography gave quite an accurate feeling of what Bangkok actually looks like.

Bruce is now involuntarily retired.
What is aphasia? Condition Bruce Willis was diagnosed with affects communication
On Wednesday, the family of action star Bruce Willis announced that the actor has been diagnosed with aphasia, causing him to step away from his career at the age of 67. Aphasia is medical condition that leaves patients struggling to understand language and communicate.
According to Mayo Clinic, aphasia can begin as trouble communicating. Someone with aphasia might have trouble finding the correct words, substitute the wrong words for each other or speak in short sentences that are difficult or impossible to understand. These issues are related to brain damage in the left side of the brain, which controls language, Johns Hopkins explains.
While its presentations can vary, aphasia is usually a symptom of a broader medical issue. It may result from a stroke, head injury or tumor, or develop due to a degenerative brain condition.
While potential drug therapies are being tested, the current treatment options are limited. Patients may undergo language and speech rehabilitation, which are focused on restoring as much language as possible, and finding other ways to communicate in order to replace language that is lost for good.
"Recovery of language skills is usually a relatively slow process," Mayo Clinic says. "Although most people make significant progress, few people regain full pre-injury communication levels."
In an Instagram post, Willis' family wrote that the condition "is impacting his cognitive abilities," but experts say aphasia is more accurately described as a language disorder than a cognitive illness.
"This is a really challenging time for our family and we are so appreciative of your continued love, compassion and support," Willis' family said in a statement. "We are moving through this as a strong family unit, and wanted to bring his fans in because we know how much he means to you, as you do to him."
Willis is best known for his starring role as John McClane in the "Die Hard" action franchise. He has appeared in dozens of films over a more than 40-year career, including "12 Monkey," "Moonrise Kingdom" and "Pulp Fiction," and the popular 1980s TV series "Moonlighting."
