Irishdave I can curl around 200 on ez curl bar with a little body English and hammer curl 100s for 12.biceps are probably my strongest body part.They just appear that way next to my tris in that pic but they are actually quite proportionate to tris.I can ez bark curl 100 for around 40-50 times.
