I've done 160kg max. 140.for 5.

At my strongest I did 275 x 8 at a bodyweight of about 220. Never went heavier than than nor have I ever tried to see how much I could single or double on inclines. In fact, I haven't attempted a flat bench single or double since high school.

That's where I'm at. I don't get the max rep. Bs rather focus on a rep range that can be completed with a heavy weight rather than how much weight I can push for one.
At least the video gained traction which I am sure is more Important than the rep was...

I'm not sure about BB, i never went less than 8 reps. I know i could do 8-10 reps with 345 in my prime. It's been 10 years since i really tried heavy lifting.
I believe at my strongest i could do 6-8 reps with the 140's. At a BW of around 250.
Never really liked doing them heavy, made my shoulders hurt.
My strength was always overhead pressing.
