You grow when you sleep.  Everyone knows this.  He wanted to sleep to keep the anabolic process going and the GH flowing.   He didn't have time to waste energy on walking the damn dog.   Instead...   he had to now waste energy killing his parents, moving their bodies, throwing them off the bridge... before rushing home and having a gluten free vegan protein shake.   Probably muttering something like... "damn 'rents..  can't even enjoy my days of living the life cause they always breathing down my neck...  'clean up this room, you wore those same clothes for three days now, get a job, take out the trash, who used my credit card for 1990-1992 back issue purchases of Musclemag International?, why can't you just meet a nice girl and settle down, you need to stop this bodybuilding foolishness, etc...',.....  thank god Dad was a stringbean because I could barely lift him up to throw him off that damn bridge..."
