Likely it means less houses for sale because not housing crash
More immigrants higher demand

Wrong again. Plywood is up 50% since last April. It might be 20% this year but lumber prices are through the roof.

I live in as blue of a zip code as you can be in. Housing prices have skyrocketed in last year or so.

Look I won’t act like I’ve been perfect. I’ve changed, my body isn’t the same and I can be distant but he DOESN’T EVEN LOOK AT ME THE SAME WAY let alone touch me .... but I can admit my mistakes. Not Marty though he still says housing prices are decreasing... I’m trying so hard not to cry and get emotional here guys but I’m at my breaking point. I CANT TAKE THIS ANYMORE!
