Just curious...what is your training splits?
I need a new split to motivate me. getting stale Bros...

I’ve been doing full body twice a week, once with weights the other with bodyweight exercises:

This is a typical weight routine:


Standing Military Presses 4x 10 +12 rep drop set.  Hang Cleans 3x8 Squats 4x10. Barbell Floor Bench Press:4x12. Cable Pulldowns 3x12 Low Cable Rows 3x10 Hammer Curls & Tricep Pushdowns 3x10 Superset. Lying Neck resistance  3x15. Crunches(Traditional, Reverse and Twisting) 3x15.

Upper Body (M, Th); Legs (Tu, Fr).

It worked for me for over 25 years.

yeah did this. I trained arms on leg day.

Alternate between

1-chest/back
2-legs
3-delts/traps/back
4-arms

And

1-upper
2-lower
3-push
4-pull
5-legs

Train on one till stale then move to other back and forth

Wednesday- shoulders/tris
Friday - chest/bi’s
Sunday - legs
