I saw Jack and his wife Elaine at the Holyoke Mall in Holyoke Mass........he was old but still full of energy and the crowd loved him.

I did 50 pushups the other day 25 good reps the rest were half reps with rest pausing kept hands and feet on floor throughout im still sore from 4days ago

Definitely looks very average in build.
Very odd. Can do thousands of pushups and hand stand presses but has no impressive muscles. His triceps are lousy.

Anything over 20 pushups is all muscular endurance.

over 20 is strength or energy , both can correlate to size gains especially if weigh 200 your pushup weight is 150. So if yo get 20 then keep going with partials epic sorness

Not very much for size gains. Look at the world record holders for pushups.

Not only his physique, overall he is a specimen both mentally and physically and he just doesn't show it.
It is a curse, say it aura or charisma, it is also a gift, you have it or not.
Doc definitely lacks while La Lanne oozes physical energy.

imo u get the size first through a surplus up to like 250 , start intense sets say u get 20 max u dont stop there u do partials till your dieing. That 250 fat man doing this will get incredible gains provided he eats high carbs

When I was a teenager I could easily do over 100 pushups and I was skinny as a rail.
