Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America
The Radical Left Democrat Party has gone absolutely INSANE in fighting the Forensic Audit of the 2020 Presidential Election Scam, right now taking place in the Great State of Arizona. They sent a team of over 100 lawyers to try and stop it because they know what the result of the Arizona Senate sponsored audit will be—and it won’t be good for the Dems. The audit is independently run, with no advantage to either side, but the Democrats don’t want to hear anything about it because they know that they lost Arizona, and other scam election States, in a LANDSLIDE. They also know that the Arizona State Legislature approved virtually none of their many election requests, which is totally UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The people of Arizona are very angry, as are the people of our Country. If we can’t have free and fair elections, we don’t have a Country. The audit must continue. America deserves the TRUTH!
-
In fairness, this is a current issue and being battled by 2 teams of lawyers as we speak.
BUT seriously Coach, regardless of the outcome, NOTHING practical will change.
Biden will still be in the WH and life will go on as usual in AZ and the rest of America.
I'd expect you to be a lot more interested in the Cal Gov recall and NFL draft.
Do you have clients likely to be drafted ?

Uhh - the election was compromised. Regardless of your political affiliations things damn well better change.

They had at least 2 recounts and an audit here in Ga and no systemic voter fraud was found.
Reality check- Trump lost and Uncle Joe is in the WH .
Hope this helps.

OK gaslighter, lol. The water main break and subsequent after hours illegal vote tallying was real. Too bad Kemp and Raffensberger were counting their Chinese money and didn't notice. You are either terminally naïve or a blissfully ignorant fuck. Or both, most likely.

97% of No ID ballots in Wisconsin were fraudulent.

Howard, let me ask you. Do you REALLY think Dems can win on any policy?
Biden's plan on dealing with Covid and vaccines hovers around 70% approval.
His pending infrastructure plan is north of 50% as well.
The majority approve of his withdrawing troops from Afghanistan .
In fairness , his policy on immigration dealing with the border, gets lower rates in the low 30's.

How’s that 54% approval rating feel? Oh that’s right... Trumpturds don’t know what it’s like because Trumpy was never over 50%.

Trump actually said, if the polls showed him winning they were legit.
If they showed him losing, it was fake news. ;D

Hey phony "coach"
Why did you start another thread about this farce?
In fairness, this "audit" is actually going on right now.
It's a political stunt to give hope to the butt hurt Trump base.
It's an ongoing con, to keep 'em giving $$
IN practical terms , it won't change anything.

Not only is a stunt but it may also be illegal
The Senate Republican in AZ are the one who received the ballots and they handed them over to a shady company that no one has heard of (except for when the promoted totally false claims about a Spanish server in Germany and an alleged raid by the CIA led by Sidney Powell that supposedly killed 5 US service members).
This company has abandoned all oversite so no one has any clue what they are actually doing with the ORIGINAL BALLOTS
If the AZ Republicans didn't want to do the recount themselves why didn't they hire an accounting firm or some other legitimate company that doesn't have ties to bogus election fraud claims?
for fucks sake, why didn't they just hire Mike Lindell to re-count the votes

It should be noted that he did have the most popular votes of any incumbent in history. He just lost to the most popular Democratic Party member of all time.

-
Yeah, like those polls are accurate. ::)
His approval rating in the first 100 days is the third lowest since they measured it.
This is with a 59% positive media cycle, as opposed to Trumps 89% negative.
The media is covering for him.

Plus, Biden is so incompetent people feel sorry for him so are not as negative. Attacking Biden is like picking on the retarded kid.

Your side is part of the 20-25% that will never like Biden as POTUS or a progressive agenda.
The news you hear and sources you seek out to read will confirm your own bias.
That's normal, and it might make you feel good and justified.
BUT, the Biden side has a much greater % on their side. Like it or not that's reality.
PS/ I had to say the same type of thing to my diehard liberal friends after Trump won in 2016.

They turned it over to a very shady company who is not following any normal protocals
Remember when Repug's lost their minds falsely claiming they weren't being allowed to monitor the counting of the votes and the re-counting of the votes?
Why didn't Republican's hire a legitimate accounting firm or some other company with a legitimate track record of doing this kind of thing?

I'm happy the audit is being allowed although it is a waste of time and money because regardless of the outcome, it will change nothing. The votes have been certified and Biden is President. On the other hand, when the results once again show that Biden won in Maricopa County the Republican group that pursued this audit will have egg on their faces.
Republican dollars would be better spent supporting Republican candidates for political office over the next few years as opposed to being wasted trying to undo history.

As much as I am not a fan of Justin Trudeau, I strongly suspected his re-election was legitimate. The sheer volume of election fraud in the USA last year was so blatant that I don't see how any group can be stupid enough not to see if - even Democrats.
But then, all of 2020 was weird to me, and there are people like you who go on record as being afraid of COVID, and don't seem to grasp how stupid it makes you look.

I’m going to tell how much the leftist fucktards on here don’t read either that or they do but would still rather take the Alinski approach to it (I would imagine they have no idea who Alinski was) and just keep on with their lying narratives.
Not ONCE have said anything would be overturned at this point or any point after January 20. What you see in AZ is going in all of the battleground states as we speak. This is isn’t about over turning the election..that’s already been stolen. This is ALL about making sure this doesn’t happen again and to restore some integrity in the election system. I’m not including you on this because even though you’ve been probably lurking for months, you haven’t said anything.

No crying here...I already know the real story.

Sending 100's of lawyers is all we really need to know.

I can't think of one American that gives a shit about Trudeau's re-election. The fact that a Canadian has his panties in a twist about America's is beyond retarded. Yeah I know you have to depend on the US of A to defend y'alls sorry asses from foreign nations and fanny pack fashion trends, but seriously get a life.
Shouldn't you be spending more time preparing for your June 1st William Wallace moment? You sure aren't spending the time with your kids.

This is very funny since no audit results have been released. The audit was scheduled to conclude May 14th. Now Bennett says it will probably take longer and because the coliseum is scheduled for graduation ceremonies they will need to pause the audit.....hmmm....though t republicans were opposed to pauses in vote counting.
The posts start with a paragraph saying that after “Trump led in all the battleground states by large margins,” Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Nevada all “for some unexplainable reason” took a pause for three hours, leading to voter fraud.

as I said previously, the so called audit might be in violation of federal laws
BTW - I wonder what is taking the QAnon morons at CyberNinjas so long to finish up this farce
Didn't the state of Georgia recount their ballots 2 or 3 times including one that was done entirely by hand and had it done in less than a couple of weeks?
Justice Department: Arizona Senate Audit, Recount May Violate Federal Law
The U.S. Department of Justice on Wednesday expressed concerns that a controversial audit and recount of the November election in Arizona's Maricopa County may be out of compliance with federal laws.
Pamela Karlan, the principal deputy assistant attorney general with the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division, wrote in a letter that federal officials see two issues with the election review ordered by the Republican-led state Senate.
One issue is that ballots, voting systems and other election materials are no longer in the custody of election officials — a possible violation of federal law, which requires state and local election workers to store and safeguard federal voting records.
The nearly 2.1 million ballots cast in Maricopa County include races for federal offices, such as the presidential and U.S. Senate races being recounted.
Those ballots and other election materials were subpoenaed by Republicans in the Arizona Senate, first in December and again in January. After a judge upheld the Senate's subpoena authority, Senate President Karen Fann turned the election materials over to private firms led by Cyber Ninjas, a Florida-based cybersecurity company critics say is unqualified to review the 2020 election.
"We have a concern that Maricopa County election records, which are required by federal law to be retained and preserved, are no longer under the ultimate control of elections officials, are not being adequately safeguarded by contractors, and are at risk of damage or loss," Karlan wrote in the letter addressed to Fann.
The other issue: Plans for door-to-door canvassing may also violate federal laws aimed at preventing voter intimidation, according to Karlan.
The Senate's contract with Cyber Ninjas states the firms plan to "identify voter registrations that did not make sense, and then knock on doors to confirm if valid voters actually lived at the state address." Auditors also plan to ask voters about their voting history to determine "whether the individual voted in the [November] election."
"Past experience with similar investigative efforts around the country has raised concerns that they can be directed at minority voters, which potentially can implicate the anti-intimidation prohibitions of the Voting Rights Act," Karlan wrote. "Such investigative efforts can have a significant intimidating effect on qualified voters that can deter them from seeking to vote in the future."
Karlan asked Fann to provide details on what steps the Arizona Senate will take to ensure those federal laws aren't violated.
A spokesman for Fann did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The letter followed a request by the Brennan Center for Justice and voting rights organizations, which wrote to the DOJ on April 29 and requested they send federal monitors to observe the audit and recount process.
The recount effort has fallen far behind schedule, and it's not clear when their work will be complete. Ken Bennett, a liaison for the election review appointed by Fann, previously told reporters their work would be finished by May 14 — when firms are contractually obligated to vacate Veterans Memorial Coliseum, where the recount and audit are being conducted.
Bennett now says there's no deadline for the recount to be completed, and that the firms involved will take their time to "get it done right."
That work will likely have to finish somewhere other than the Coliseum. A state official told the Arizona Republic that it's not feasible to extend the Senate's rental agreement.

I don't understand why Arizona Republicans didn't just ask Sindney Powell to testify about the raid SHE LED on a CIA facility in Germany in an attempt to capture the Spanish server that somehow flipped votes in America (accross mulitple states) from Trump to Biden.
I would have done that before I started looking for Chinese Bamboo in the paper of the ballots
Just in case you don't remember here is a picture of Sidney Powell
The people running CyberNinja's promoted the totally false (and utterly insane) claim that for some reason SHE led a US Special Forces operation against a CIA facility in Germany that had a Spanish server that somehow flipped the election to Biden. So the story goes, a number of special forces died in the attack. I'm not sure how Sindey Powell managed to escape unscathed.

Funny to think Al Franken made a character in the 80s that became the stereotypical progressive male in the present. All feelings, no substance.

Nothing is going to change. It’s the same as the TDS tards from a few years ago that wouldn’t shut up about Trump. Let’s just hope there’s a reset in a few years and the country gets back to normal. If not, I’ll look for another place to live. 😕

TDS infected people's day to day lives, their well being, their mental state. Principles were abandoned, journalism ceased to exist, companies manipulated their contents. Seemingly normal people lost their minds.
Current stuff is just normal criticism of an administration.

It's refreshing to hear a Trumptard acknowledge that they look like idiots.
GOP Arizona Elections Official Calls Trump 'Unhinged' for His Repeated 'Insane Lies' About Election
In response to Trump's incorrect assertion that the entire voter database of Maricopa County had been "deleted" in the midst of the recount, Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer responded on his personal Twitter account Saturday.
"Wow. This is unhinged. I'm literally looking at our voter registration database on my other screen. Right now," Richer wrote. "We can't indulge these insane lies any longer. As a party. As a state. As a country. This is as readily falsifiable as 2+2=5. If we don't call this out…"
On Thursday, the Republican chairman of the Maricopa county board of supervisors issued a statement in which he blasted the private contractor hired to reexamine the election results, saying they "are in way over their heads."
"The contractors hired by the Senate President are not auditors and they are not certified by the U.S. Elections Assistance Commission ... This is not funny; this is dangerous," Chairman Jack Sellers wrote in the statement, adding that the claims that files had been deleted from the county server were "not true."
"I know you have all grown weary of the lies and half-truths six months after the 2020 General Election," Sellers added.
Speaking to the New York Times last week, Arizona state Sen. Paul Boyer — who initially voted in favor of the audit — now calls it "ridiculous."
"It makes us look like idiots," Boyer told the Times. "Looking back, I didn't think it would be this ridiculous. It's embarrassing to be a state senator at this point."

Ha, ha. They undeleted the deleted database. Really? Makes one wonder if it was ever deleted at all or if the folks doing the 'audit' are so inept that they didn't know how to access it....another thought is that they merely said it was deleted in an effort to create controversy about the election....Cue Sidney Powell's “no reasonable person” defense for her outrageous claims.

I called this sham audit a grift last week
Looks like some Arizona Republicans are waking up to that fact
I wonder how many laws will be broken in the final tally
Trump's statement amplified claims made by Arizona state Senate President Karen Fann in a letter last week that a screenshot offered evidence that election files had been deleted.
Maricopa County's Board of Supervisors -- four out of five of whom are Republicans -- met Monday to respond to Fann's allegations, with board members offering harsh condemnations of the GOP-led Senate.
Board Chairman Jack Sellers, a Republican, said the state Senate is running "a grift disguised as an audit."
"This board is done explaining anything to these people who are playing investigator with our constituents' ballots and equipment, paid for with real people's tax dollars. People's ballots and money are not make-believe," Sellers said. "It's time to be done with this craziness."
During the meeting, Richer repeated his response to Fann's claims. "No files from the 2020 election have been deleted. We deleted zero -- zero files," he said. The board voted unanimously to sign a letter detailing Richer's point-by-point responses to Fann's claims, and Sellers said they would not be participating further in the audit.
"I will not be responding to any more requests from this sham process," Sellers said. "Finish what you call an audit and be ready to defend your report in a court of law. We all look forward to it."

Or that falsely quoting what people say can get folks in trouble. Therefore it is very unlikely the statements you quoted are false. Unlike some folks, you are not a moron. Did you read where the supposedly deleted database was magically found? Like saying someone threw out the baby with the bath water and then realizing the baby is actually in their crib.
Trump will claim until his dying day that the election was stolen. He is incapable of doing otherwise because if he admitted it wasn't stolen he'd be calling himself a loser. It's fine that he calls other people losers, but if anyone dares call him one, he'll do anything he can get away with to destroy them. Unless some of his cohorts wise up, they too will go down in history as losers and liars.

Personally, I think Coach is a pretty tough character and knows how to beat the shit out of someone despite his height deficiency. This is one of the reasons I treat him with a modicum of respect even when I don't agree with him. You just never know when you are going to find yourself on the beach in Huntington beach.
Rule of thumb, never say anything to or about someone that you wouldn't say to their face. If you do otherwise, you are a fool and you are dishonest....has anyone ever mentioned to you that you have crankles and a conehead? ;D

There are two things most Americans really dislike and that is Communism and Fascists. Is it surprising that at this time of such contention between folks that these would be what one side would accuse the other side of being?
What is sad is that the majority of us have found that there must be a sweet spot between these extremes and yet just what that is remains in question. Personally, I'd saying it is somewhere between capitalism and socialism or a mix of the two, even though I know I will be crucified on Getbig for saying it.

Also, there is only one reason to stop an audit...which is that the information being audited is untrue/incorrect.
Nah, there are more than one. For example, while conducting a lengthy audit you discover the numbers reported are matching the numbers you are seeing. At some point it becomes a waste of time to continue the audit. Another reason might be that the people conducting the audit are biased and unqualified to conduct said audit or you see various discrepancies in the audit protocol.

Why are they afraid??
Officials in Arizona’s largest county on Monday urged the state Senate to bring to an end an audit that is reviewing ballots cast and machines used in the 2020 presidential election.
It is time to end this. For the good of the Senate, for the good of the Country and for the good of the Democratic institutions that define us as Americans,” the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and two other county officials wrote to Arizona GOP Senate President Karen Fann.
In the 14-page document, the board, which is mainly comprised of Republicans, attempted to counter accusations by auditors that the county handed over nearly 2.1 million ballots without chain-of-custody documentation and with discrepancies in some ballot batches.
Additionally, auditors said they found an entire database directory from an election machine had been deleted.
The board said the accusations were “false, defamatory, and beneath the dignity of the Senate.” Members said they had provided proper chain-of-custody documentation to the state Senate’s liaison, former Republican Secretary of State Ken Bennett. They also said that each box was sealed with tamper evident tape or “standard clear sturdy packing tape” and that the supposed batch discrepancies stemmed from a misunderstanding of how election tabulation works.
Board members challenged the claim of database deletion, charging that no data was deleted on April 12.
In the letter, they reiterated that they could not produce passwords to access administrative functions of Dominion Voting Systems machines because Dominion does not give them such passwords. Dominion said last week it would not give auditors the passwords. Dominion did give the passwords to two firms that conducted an audit for the county earlier this year because both are accredited by the U.S. Elections Assistance Commission, the county said.
County Recorder Stephen Richer, a Republican, told members in a meeting on Monday that he witnessed the transference of all election databases to the Senate and that the Dominion passwords are not needed to run any operations, including elections.
“This is like how you can run Microsoft Windows on your computer without having access to Microsoft Windows source code,” he said.
The board also continued refusing to provide routers or router images to auditors.
Fann, the state Senate’s president, did not return an inquiry.
Sen. Warren Petersen, a Republican, wrote in a tweet: “Via the media, the President received a letter from the County. Outside of the unnecessary insults I’m glad to see a response. Unfortunately it does not agree to comply with the subpoena or fully answer all of her questions.”
Fann shared the post on her Twitter account.
The county’s position does not affect the audit, which is currently on hold as high school graduations take place in the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Auditors will re-enter the facility next week.

Maricopa County has long resisted having its election materials audited, taking the matter to court after subpoenas were issued last year. But a county judge ruled in February that the subpoenas were valid and should be obeyed.
Routers were listed in the subpoenas, as was access to election machines.
Fann threatened to subpoena Maricopa County officials over their refusal to fully comply with the subpoenas but backed off that threat last week, instead laying out her concerns in a letter and asking officials to attend a May 18 meeting to answer questions.
County officials said in their new letter that they will not attend the meeting.
Supervisor Bill Gates of the GOP said on Monday that that the board respected the decision by the judge but added that it would not participate in “a political theater” by joining the meeting.
The Arizona Senate is better than that. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is better than that,” he said.
Chairman Jack Sellers, a Republican, indicated that the county would no longer cooperate with the state Senate or its auditors.
This board is done explaining anything to these people who are playing investigator with our constituents’ ballots and equipment paid for with real people’s tax dollars,” he said.
“I would hope that Senate President Fann steps up, show some political courage, pushes back, gets rid of these contractors that have no business at the Coliseum,” Supervisor Steve Gallardo, a Democrat, added.
The defiance from the board rankled some Republicans.
Kelli Ward, chair of the Arizona GOP, said in a video that the board members “view themselves as above the law, above review, above reproach.”
Who gives these local officials the right to challenge the constitutional authority of the Arizona Senate and of the Arizona courts?” she wondered.

Doesn't this depend on a few things like how tall and how fit Straw is?
Personally, I think Coach is a pretty tough character and knows how to beat the shit out of someone despite his height deficiency. This is one of the reasons I treat him with a modicum of respect even when I don't agree with him. You just never know when you are going to find yourself on the beach in Huntington beach.
Rule of thumb, never say anything to or about someone that you wouldn't say to their face. If you do otherwise, you are a fool and you are dishonest....has anyone ever mentioned to you that you have crankles and a conehead? ;D

Republican Stephen Richer, the County Recorder in Maricopa County,
This audit makes him look bad...why would be possibly want to talk positively about it?
-
Why are they afraid??
PHOENIX (AP) — Firms hired to run a partisan audit of the 2020 election for Senate Republicans in Arizona said Tuesday that data was not destroyed, reversing earlier allegations that election officials in the state's most populated county eliminated evidence.
The claim of deleted databases was amplified by former President Donald Trump and his supporters, who believe conspiracy theories about election irregularities.

You’re obviously too stupid to understand the difference between deleted and destroyed.
The databases were deleted, not destroyed, and then recovered. The MSM and ultra-liberal Arizona Central newspaper are doing everything they can to keep that story from getting out.

I guess this means you have no idea who the other 99 are. And no, I am not trying to tell you only one attorney is involved in the lawsuit. My guess is there is a team. Does the team have 100 members? I don't know. Anything is possible. You seem to think it does, so it is only natural I would ask you who they are.
Ask yourself this question. Are Staw's and my questions stupid or is it that you don't know the answers? You know like when you were in college and you took a test where you were stumped for an answer to a question, so you told yourself that it was a stupid question....thus letting your lack of knowledge off the hook.

Good point. Who knows, there actually could be a hundred attorneys representing the 'Dems' in this lawsuit. Coach doesn't get that I am not saying there are or there aren't. If there are, that seems a little outrageous so you'd think there would be something in the media about it.
Maybe my research Google skills are off this week...it's possible. Coach could easily clear this up if he wanted to. He couldn't have just pulled that information out of thin air, could he have?
Am I being delusional again? Please do let me know if I am. ;)

that is the preferredsource for most right wing nonsense
Where did they get the idea that forty thousand ballots were flown in from "Asia" and stuffed into ballot boxes.
Apparently this idiot just pulled it out of his ass and tweeted (now deleted ...I wonder why) about it and that's all it took for Trumptards to believe it and waste tax payer dollars looking for it. Why not start with determining where the so called planed landed in the US and how they were able to stuff 40k ballots in the ballot box. How was that able to happen. Were they duplicate ballots of actual registered voters or did "Asia" also manage to create and register non-existend voters. The entire premise is so fucking stupid yet Trumptard just ran with it . If this were true then it would also mean that any Republican elected on the same ballot maybe didn't actually win. Is anyone looking int that?

It's unbelievable the number of people who truly believe the election was a fraud.

I don't think fraud is the main issue. There are legitimate constitutional issues about what happened in a number of states where they changed election laws without going through the state legislatures. The Supreme Court should have addressed those issues, but they punted.

Trump did for sure.
But it's a mix.
I would be 100% behind a complete, independent audit of every state.
Not because I think the election was stolen, but because I think confidence in our process is paramount to our future.
It doesn't matter if people think others who doubt the integrity of the election are stupid. They still exist, and we need those who doubt to have faith, and an audit would do that.
But that's not to see there wasn't fraud. Plain math says there had to be. It's more of a question of whether it had any impact.

I think you're giving some people more credit than they deserve. When the election was going down, Trump, who was claiming months before that if he was losing it must be fraud, started the fraud claim. People believed him. Coach is an example. At each checkpoint, i.e. the Republican Attorney Generals, Election officials, local judges, state judges, supreme courts, priot to each ruling against Trump they group would proclaim "This is where we prove fraud!" yet when the decision wasn't what they wanted they claimed coercion or some other reason that decision wasn't the right one and the NEXT checkpoint would prove them right. When it made it all the way to the supreme court and still they made excuses why a republican majority court was somehow afraid to do the right thing it was clear no decision by anyone anywhere that didn't agree with them would satisfy them. So I'm curious why you think if a Republican judge, or Republican official etc couldn't change their mind, that an "impartial" panel would restore faith if they too found no significant fraud?
-

I agree with this. I also support voter ID laws. I don't buy into the arguments against it. These lower-income people who they say can't afford the "The combined cost of document fees, travel expenses and waiting time are estimated to range from $75 to $175" is BS. These same people have smartphones, PS5s, air jordans, etc. They had to have some form of ID to get a bank account.
This is not an unreasonable requirement to vote.
To your point, we have to have confidence in our election system.

Because Republican judge/court refusing to hear a case doesn't address any of the complaints, and isn't an exoneration. A thorough audit would be.
Yes, there will always be a faction of folks who are going to believe what they want regardless. But I know many, professional, well adjusted, normal, productive people who feel something appears off. It's easy to try to paint everyone with a broad brush who has questions on election integrity, but it's just not the case.
And, given the way the left acted in 2016, the right having a similar reaction in 2020 should have been expected, and it's hypocritical of those who look down at them. History shows they'd probably be acting worse.
Off topic, but the fact that the "republican" supreme court didn't rule along party lines makes all the incessant crybabies on the left look even more foolish in the way they behaved during the last few appointments.

Arizona Auditor: Did Not Backtrack on Election Database Deletion Allegation
“My testimony on May 19th before the AZ Senate is being taken out of context by some media outlets. To confirm: the ‘Databases’ directory on the EMS Primary Server WAS deleted containing the voting databases. I was able to recover the deleted databases through forensic data recovery processes,” Ben Cotton, founder of CyFIR, said in a statement emailed to The Epoch Times by the audit’s liasion.
Media lied again

There is no excuse not to have a state issued ID. You can't work or do much without it.
I'm not sure this is the case in all states, but where I live, you have to carry an ID with you everywhere you go. If a LEO asks you for it and you don't have it you can be cited.
An ID is not a 'nice to have'. It's an essential part of an adults life. No excuses to not have one.
-
What do you mean?
Article 1, Section 4 of the Constitution:
"The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators."
That means state legislatures pass election laws. In numerous states, election laws were changed by state officials or judges and not the state legislatures. Like Pennsylvania changing absentee ballot laws regarding signature verification and when ballots could be counted (i.e., days after the election). This kind of thing happened in Georgia and Nevada.
-
I don't think fraud is the main issue. There are legitimate constitutional issues about what happened in a number of states where they changed election laws without going through the state legislatures. The Supreme Court should have addressed those issues, but they punted.
One thing I know for certain. Oregon isn't one of those states that changed election laws. There is nothing to change here, our election system is close to perfect just as it is. We could be the model for the rest of the states. But if they make changes they should do it in the prescribe way....and not just 'ad hoc' because there's a pandemic going on. ;)
-
It's unbelievable the number of people who truly believe the election was a fraud.

Exactly the reason why we needed voting/election reform. We need better tracking and more regulations on voting. These investigations will continue until we have a better system.
The problem is there is a reason why we are using such an outdated systems when there is so much we could do better as a country with all the tech available to us.
Also, anyone trying to make it easier to identify legit voters is called a racist.
-
It's unbelievable the number of people who truly believe the election was a fraud.
Well, they need some kind of excuse for why the orange turd lost. Surely not because the majority of the country was tired of his constant blatant lying, cronies being indicted left and right, infantile tantrums and nonstop Twitter whining.

Making mountains out of mole hills.
“Because it’s a primary, Democrats and Republicans or independent non-partisans, have a different ballot,” explained Carl Romanelli, a judge with Luzerne County Board of Elections. “When you got into the ballot marking devices, the header on all of the ballots indicates that it’s a Democratic ballot, but then when you proceed to the actual ballot itself, it is the proper ballot for the voter’s party. And when the ballot is printed, it shows that it is in fact the proper ballot.”

Good advice. Coach could save himself a lot of embarrassment if he'd learn to do that. There's also the possibility he does read entire articles and simply ignores the parts that don't fit his agenda.

I think we all hope ( or should hope) that party affiliation when it comes to the supreme court shouldn't be a factor but the fear is, that it will. I've been impressed with some judges, as well as some Republican congresspeople that come to a conclusion based on what is right, not what a particular party backs.
To your point about a court "refusing to hear a case"... to the layman it appears they just closed their eyes and ears to the "evidence" but I hope you at least know its not the same thing. The information was reviewed.... it just failed to meet the bar required to get a hearing... That is not the same as they just didn't care or listen, it really just means again in layman's terms that the evidence brought forth by the Trump clan sucked so much it didn't warrant attention.

Fuck off farce.
I want to apologize. I try to limit my response comments to people who contribute to to a conversation on average. Everyone has those days when they jump in and their responses are ridiculously stupid or inane. I overlook those which is why I still sometimes respond to Chaos and Dos Equis. But I broke the rule when I responded to you and for that I apologize. If I gave the impression your posts grab my attention or mean anything in the least, I'm sorry.

The information was NOT reviewed unless you consider glancing over a document passively a “review” if they did and actually did their jobs evidentiary hearings would have been called, they weren’t and with all of the hard evidence they didn’t bother. Why?

Some people wonder if you read the articles you post links to. Some, not me.. I know the answer
"The efforts are unlikely to yield any new revelations about President Joe Biden's victory in the 2020 election. The votes have been counted — and often recounted — and certified by local officials. Still, the lingering debate and legal wrangling have propelled suspicions and advanced debunked theories. And their sometimes misleading conclusions have been amplified by Trump, whose false allegations of election fraud sparked the push."
"“This is bad enough to see it happen once,” said Eddie Perez, an expert on voting systems at the OSET Institute, said of Arizona, but seeing it elsewhere in the country is “dangerous for democracy.’”
The audits are serving a clear political purpose in firing up the Republican Party’s base. ""

I think we are seeing a kind of drip-style campaign where news stories are going to pop up on conservative outlets that keep Trump supporters thinking they are getting close to legitimately exposing a coordinated election fraud that will lead to overturning the election results. Kind of like Elvis is still alive stuff or Trump is getting _____________.

It’s an MSN article. Not exactly a conservative outlet. With all that’s being found, even if it shows Trump won (which is clear) nothing will happen. This is for election integrity going forward. I’m tired of repeating myself on this.
The political left are inherently dishonest. They can’t win on policy so they HAVE to lie and cheat the system. I’m at least 12 years the Democratic Party has don’t NOTHING for this country with the exception of trying to gain power to destroy this country. Biden (and his handlers) have sped that up.
-
The only line that sums it all up is:
"Why send lawyers to try to stop an audit if they have nothing to hide"?
They have said it all with their actions.
-

Well according to agnostic the article didn't support your charge.
I think you will see much of this come from places like newsmax. It's like much of the attacks on Trump while he was in office. One after the other article that was published and people were saying here it is, this is what's going to take Trump down! And then as you know it was all BS and nothing happened. Then a little while later another article would come out and would happen all over again. That's what's going to happen with this election. These news stories are going to keep the CT'ers always hopeful.
Trump didn't win, simple as that. I am for better transparency and integrity going forward along with Voter ID.
The democrats will often win because of who they campaign to.
-
The only line that sums it all up is:

I don't think it sums it up at all. It's a kind of rhetorical argument that assumes that the only reason you react this way is if you had something to hide. Similar to saying, Why wouldn't Trump released his taxes if he didn't have anything to hide? It doesn't 100% mean anyone has anything to hide.
-

There is and old saying, "You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can't fool all of the people all of the time." It was coined by Abraham Lincoln, the first Republican President. It seems as if your man Trump, didn't get honest Abe's message. He's had an amazing run for a pathological liar. But, lies eventually catch up with the liars.
Sure, you are going to claim it is the Democrats who are lying to the public. After all, like you said, Trump's accusers have been unsuccessful getting most of the mud they've thrown at him to stick. Someday, something icky will stick like Gorilla Glue on the orange pig and he will eventually be caught by his short hairs.
When in the history of our great country was our ideology focused on one person who was a complete egomaniac, wannabee Emperor. Sure Trump has those few who fear him and therefore feign supporting him. This will continue for as long as you let him wield power over you. But, there will come a time when his hold on you will snap and break. And guess what? Like the followers of Jim Jones, you will be nothing more to him than collateral damage.
Fortunately, if history repeats itself, most of you will survive the fallout, except as it happened in the Jim Jones Kool-Aid death party or with David Koresh's 76 Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas. Trump is a cult leader and the Rain Man who appeared on the radar at just the right time.
-
And that's exactly why you can't be taken seriously
Here’s the thing and I’ve said this before. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING that’s been thrown at him including the “smoking guns” over the last four years has turned up zero, zilch, nada just like he said and the lies that the MSM communist propaganda rags were proven wrong....just like he said. Even with all of the new allegations and are proving to be lies has vindicated Trump. The fake “impeachment’s” both exonerated...the fake “insurrection” that was proven to be not his fault...just like he said, exonerated.
The entire “Russian Collusion” was a hoax, it was a proven hoax. Just like he said it was. I still have a hard time believing you were a detective because you should know it sometimes takes time for truths to come out. The lies he said the about the MSM against him were actually proven, lies. You doubt his credibility because the MSM told you. No other reason.

The lies he said the about the MSM against him were actually proven, lies. You doubt his credibility because the MSM told you. No other reason.
Can't forget that he was called a racist for implying that Covid came from a lab in Wuhan....now It's a legit theory that Biden is speaking on.
How can anyone believe the shit being reported by MSM.
Trump was also hard on Cuomo...looks like Trump was right there as well.

On May 26th Vance convened a Grand Jury in N.Y. which will meet three days a week for the next six months. Among other issues they will hear testimony regarding the criminal investigations into various Trump related business activities including bank and tax fraud. Naturally, Trump's response is that the whole thing is a politically motivated 'witch hunt'. Of course it is.

Well, I think you and I can agree on one thing and that is should these potential criminal charges against Trump and company come to pass, the fallout will be earth-shattering.

Abe Lincoln did not coin that phrase you fucking moron.
It appears in French literature hundreds of years before Abe Lincoln used it.
Jesus Christ you are a retarded fucking windbag.
Fuck off and die, you miserable old brain dead kunt.

N.H. voter integrity leader: ‘Smoking gun’ proof of election fraud
OAN Newsroom
UPDATED 2:05 PM PT – Friday, May 28, 2021
Marylyn Todd, founder of the New Hampshire Voter Integrity Group, said she’s discovered “smoking gun” proof of election fraud in New Hampshire.
On a live stream Thursday evening, Todd said she encountered something extremely problematic about the May 12 audit report from Harri Hursti, the electronic voting security expert leading the Windham County audit.
Todd expressed how Hursti conveyed to her that he couldn’t clear the counters and that instead, he had to reset the memory cards. Todd said this was confusing to her because she recalled he had a “clear counter” button the entire time, therefore there was no need to delete the memory card. She then stated that Hursti is on camera saying the computer needed to be registered for Nov. 3.
She went on to explain that Hursti appeared to reset the date to Nov. 5 before printing the report. Hursti’s apparent actions coincide with Michigan attorney Matt Deperno’s findings in Antrim County.
File)
“We can now show that after the election is done, someone…anyone really, who has access to those tabulators, can reopen the election, run more ballots through the tabulator, print off new tabulator tape with a new balance and backdate that tape to Nov. 3,” said Deperno.
Todd’s discovery lends credence to statements made earlier in the week from Stanford researcher and election consultant Jovan Pulitzer. Pulitzer said that auditors who normally would certify bad machines as good machines, found something so glaring that they could not walk away from and that is exactly what happened in New Hampshire. “Imagine if 28 percent of the votes didn’t get counted even though they went into the voting machines,” pondered Pulitzer.
According to experts, isolated incidents like Antrim and Windham County could be a bellwether for broader election integrity problems throughout the state and beyond.

What are the charges
The charges, (if any) will be determined by the grand jury. That's what a grand jury is for.

Not that it matters who originally 'coined' this often used saying.
There are several versions of this phrase. The exact origin is unknown.
"...ont pû tromper quelques hommes, ou les tromper tous dans certains lieux & en certains tems, mais non pas tous les hommes, dans tous les lieux & dans tous les siécles." Jacques Abbadie 1684
Translation:
One can fool some men, or fool all men in some places and times, but one cannot fool all men in all places and ages.
“Encyclopédie: ou Dictionnaire Raisonné des Sciences, des Arts et des Métiers” edited by Denis Diderot and Jean le Rond d’Alembert 1754.
“You can fool part of the people some of the time, you can fool some of the people all of the time, but you cannot fool all the people all of the time,” Abraham Lincoln (although there is no documented proof Lincoln ever said this). There are many variations of this phrase which have been attributed to Lincoln.

Are you reading the information chart you posted a link to? 20 total cases were decided in favor of Trump/GOP. If this is correct, then Trump/GOP won less than 23% of the cases, not 70%. Furthermore, almost all of these cases are closed. If Trump/GOP had actually won the majority of the cases, why wasn't the election overturned?

Winning any % of the cases should be concerning for anyone who believes there wasn't any fraud.

Bro..... not hard to understand...
President Trump was winning the race on election night November 2020 by a wide margin and then suddenly multiple states took a break, quit counting, and by the end of the week the election was flipped to Joe Biden. Mainstream media claimed that Trump lost numerous court cases, but courts across America refused to hear most of the cases.
There are 87 court cases to date based on the 2020 election, and only 24 were decided on the merits of the cases.
Trump and Republicans prevailed in 17 out of the 24 cases, or 71%.
There are still 12 cases that are active.
The 2020 election will go down as arguably the greatest fraud in world history.
The tremendously popular incumbent candidate, President Trump, was easily winning the race on election night in a landslide and then suddenly multiple states took a break, quit counting, and by the end of the week the election was flipped to Joe Biden.
Then, as the President and his team attempted to address the fraud and alleged abnormalities, the courts refused to hear many of the important cases that impacted the nation and the world.
We’ve heard over and over from Big Media that President Trump and his team lost numerous court cases linked to the 2020 election.
But this is not accurate.
Here’s what was identified as provided in an accurate and updated list of court cases
There are 87 court cases to date based on the 2020 election
In 26 cases President Trump was the plaintiff
In 56 cases President Trump was not the plaintiff
In 5 cases President Trump is the defendant
In 24 cases the case was decided on the merits
In 17 of the 24 cases (71%) decided on the merits President Trump and/or the GOP prevailed
12 cases remain active
Here is a link to the list of cases.

you really got to be gullible to believe this post.. that list is a spin on the facts. Certainly Trump wasn't a plantiff in a lot of them but the cases were certainly filed on his behalf and in the alleged 17 cases Trump allegedly prevailed, would the OP care to list exactly what Trump prevailed on?

I have commented on "defunding the police" before. But I will address it again for you.
In my opinion, "defunding the police" is a stupid term and as such, it cost the left too much from the get go. The person that coined that phrase is probably responsible for causing any potential changes to be stopped dead in its tracks because very few people read past the headlines. So naturally, many right wingers think it means "Defund the Police" when the intention was the "Reallocate funding from some areas to address shortfalls in other areas"
As someone who was the rank of Commander (Think Captiain if your department doesn't have that rank), and 34 years in Law enforcement, I have witnessed the ebb and flow of policing. I have been a part of committees that reviewed results of policing and tried to figure out if the bang was worth the buck. So I am absolutely not opposed to reviewing a departments budget, determining if certain units or specialized services are in fact delivering what they were supposed to and if not, reallocating those funds to places that are showing or could be showing better results. Of course I believe we need policing. But I am also open to reviewing where tax dollars are spent to make sure there is value.
I see Texas just approved carrying without a permit so I think your "assault on 2nd amendment " claim is a false narrative. I also think allowing anyone over 21 to carry without any required training is just stupid. but I'm sure we will be revisiting this decision 5 years from now

This is actually an appreciated great response. Two things though. We (I) know that “defund the police” does mean (in most cases) means re-allocation which is basically the same thing as defunding simply because certain funding is taken away from certain departments leaving those departments vulnerable. Of course departments should review yearly budgets but some of these budget cuts call to dissolve certain departments. LAPD cut their budget by $150mil doing away with their gang units. Sad
It was signed into law yesterday and NRA backed, that Texas is now a constitutional carry states as covered in the Second Amendment. You mentioned required training. I agree with this but not everyone can afford formal firearms training for those who can’t afford it, law abiding citizens still have the constitutional right to protect themselves, families and businesses. HOWEVER, basic knowing your firearm and the at the very least, they should know the four basic rules of handling a firearm and the laws and rules of the Castle Doctrine/Stand your ground laws and yes, I’m also talking about in the now 30-32 constitutional carry states and you’re right, in states like Texas the 2A is revered but still not out of the woods. You have reps like Shiela Jackson Lee trying to introduce HR 127 plus about another 15-16 “gun control” bills in the pipeline. This wouldn’t really have been an issue before but now the left control all three branches and the only one standing the way (thank God) is Joe Manchin.
On this note, Biden nominated a gun-control advocate to head the ATF who sits on many gun-control groups that’s only intention is ultimately gun confiscation. His name is David Chipman
In blue states the second Amendment is extremely in danger because we have anti-2A advocates within that states government. Certain firearms have to be “California compliant” or it’s a possible felony. Max 10 round mags..why? It’s my constitutional right and the list goes on.
On the issue of more training for cops. I know how they train, drills, etc that being said, they are trained but the problem isn’t more training, the problem is THEY DON’T train but only when it’s mandatory which isn’t much. Most agencies here have to requalify once a year with their duty weapon for about an hour and when something happens a lot wind up getting injured or killed...why? Because they don’t train at least on their own so they either panic and shoot or get shot. I’ve mentioned this before. Only 36% of shots fired from 10ft actually hit their target.

Perishable skills.
Officers come out of the academy ready to take on the bad guys, but they need to maintain – if not improve – their new skills.
Sparring and rolling on the mat a few times a month for starters; active/dynamic firearms training several times a year.

Thanks. I was too lazy to look back through the thread.
What I find interesting is about half of these cases were filed prior to the election.

And this was pretty much my point. I have quite a few friends that are still cops, one that just retired, another that just retired as a SWAT commander and one of my Instructors retired about about the same time as my SWAT friend as a SWAT instructor. Most of our Law Enforcement don't keep up their training (tactical) and treat their job as any 9-5. That being said when something happens (and I'm by no means speaking for everyone) they panic and don't do what they've been taught...situational awareness is out the window and they wind up getting hurt, killed or putting their partners or bystanders in harms way. Why? because they haven't been training and most if the time it's was simple as that. At the very least they should be training tactical live fire AT LEAST twice a month with sims in between those times.
For that, PD budgets shouldn't have to be increased that much but rather give allowances for them to train on their own at approved tactical firearms training facilities but the training has to be MANDATORY. The average cop, if put into a CQB situation before SWAT arrives, most cannot effectively do this.
-
The reality is police need INCREASED funding. We need to attract the best and brightest and pay well - but most importantly there should be DRAMATICALLY increased training. Cops should spend 30% of their work time training. That’s aside from the fact that every cop should be fired immediatley is they carry the bodyfat of a Shizz type. Quarterly PT test administered - too much to list. But that is the answer IMO

This is real and good for them. I forgot which PD it is but they’re required all applicants to be Blue belts in BJJ before hire then maintain it.

I can only speak from my experience but being a blue belt in BJJ is a neat and useful thing. But in my experience it has it's limitations. Most of the physical encounters I was involved in were explosive, and dynamic. Rarely 1 person. I visualize applying an arm bar on the ground while his buddies are circling me and it just wouldn't work. So while I certainly encourage applicants who have a background in BJJ..... to eliminate all other applicants in my opinion is shooting yourself in the foot. A golden gloves boxer wouldn't qualify, an army Special Forces veteran wouldn't necessary qualify.. Black belt in Judo...you see where I'm going. Outside of a newspaper article where it sounds cool, it's not a very logical criteria

Right, BJJ works against single opponents. More than one means you need mobility.
When there are several officers trying to subdue an unarmed perp (too many recorded examples), and none has BJJ training, brute force in numbers is the default approach.
If just one of the responding officers has BJJ training and applies it, that perp is gonna cry uncle and submit to handcuffs seconds after an ankle lock, arm lock, knee-bar, etc.
Similar with a one-on-one encounter, but the officer has to then rely on the perp’s honesty about agreeing to be handcuffed.
Michigan’s proposed legislation seems unlikely to pass, but I think it’s a really good idea.

Sometimes the authorities do screw up. In 2019, a disabled woman, Jennifer Gayman from Brookings, OR in was headed home in the evening on her mobility scooter when she was cited for not wearing a helmet and riding the scooter on a sidewalk and crosswalk. She tried to explain to the two policemen that she was indeed not breaking the law.
The cops spent 14 minutes writing the $25 citation Then they told her that unless she secured a helmet, she could not ride the scooter home. She was about to abandon her mobility scooter so she scooted off down the sidewalk towards home. The cops followed her home, at 15 mph, siren and lights on. They called for backup, then arrested her on her doorstep for “attempting to elude a police officer.”
It gets worse. She was found guilty in May 2019 by a nonunanimous (11-1) jury verdict and ordered to pay a $500 fine and spend five nights in jail. She appealed. On June 9, the appeals court overturned the felony conviction of Jennifer Gayman, the disabled “fugitive” in the most famous low-speed police chase in Oregon history.

No doubt they do. With with 61 million people having police contact in 2018 ( latest study I found, 2015 had over 200 million) there are a lot of times the authorities screw up. Do outlandishly stupid things. And yes, while the vast majority are unremarkable or done correctly, there are still too many instances where they'll screw up. It's frustrating I'm sure for those on the receiving end of the mishandlings, and it's frustrating for those that do it like it is supposed to be.

Not that she deserved the treatment she got, but she was known around town for being quite a bitch. She gave those cops a tongue lashing. In my tiny bit of experience with police, it definitely pays to make nice with them by being polite, agreeable and showing them respect (even when you are disingenuous).

You are using 2018 stats which is fine. When I did a quick search as you did I ran across two finished studies from the FBI. One was 2015 and one was 2018; One listed 61 million contacts, one listed over 200 million. I personally have no idea what it is in 2020 or 2021 so I posted accordingly.

And it seems you'll keep saying it all the way to your grave. You can't win in a national election in this country until all the votes are counted, which is rarely the same night as when the polls close. Here is a map showing which states finish counting votes on election night, which have most votes counted and which still have a lot left before announcing a winner.
Note that Oregon is one of the states who finishes counting on election night. Why? Because all ballots must be in by 8:00 p.m. when the polls close on election day. Unfortunately, legislators passed a bill to allow all votes postmarked by election day to be counted. It is my hope that the governor will veto it.

What part of “they stopped the counts In all battleground states at 10pm on Nov 3. Then resumed at 4am the next day” have you missed in all my threads regarding this since fucking Nov 4?
You realize that’s never happened except for one incident in one county in Florida in 2000...not 5 battleground states.

I would ask you for proof of your claim again....but, what's the point? It seems we will just have to agree to disagree on this matter. I am not interested in further discussion with you as it obviously will go nowhere. It is a waste of both our times.

Looks like we know why they didn't want an audit.

I appreciate your optimism. I have to disagree. It was solely to try and overturn the results. What it will turn out doing in the end is to show there was no wide spread fraud. I think at the moment there are less than 200 questionable ballots, and Biden won by 10K plus.

No the audits are not intended to overturn the results. That isn't even possible.
There are a lot more than 200 "questionable ballots" across the country. There are numerous legitimate issues in numerous states, including the tinkering with signature verification, mail in ballots, poll watchers, ballot harvesting, cleaning up voter rolls (dead people, relocation), etc. All of those issues should be addressed and fixed before the 2022 midterm elections.

You went off the topic and into "across the country" but even then there is no compelling evidence of widespread voter fraud. But I will agree with you on we need one vote for every eligible voter. But the bigger picture that you both are ignoring is that this was part of the GOP and Trump talking points about a stolen election. It wasn't stolen but too many people in a position of power refuse to say that... which makes these "Audits" all the more dangerous

so tell us how the country has gotten better under biden
i'm betting your next response will be just weak insults towards me or trump, but hey prove me wrong ;)
E
well for one they started teaching critical race theory to soon to be aborted fetuses. that's a win for me

I don't think it's off topic. You are defining the issue too narrowly. This isn't just about voter fraud. It's about all of the problems that happened during the 2020 election. Some of those things (like ballot harvesting) have been condemned by people like Jimmy Carter who monitor elections around the world.
And I don't think voter fraud is a GOP talking point. It's a Trump talking point. He's the main one saying the election was stolen. I don't agree with him. But I do think we have to investigate everything that happened. The problem is Democrats have created the "Big Lie" canard to try and prevent any discussion about voting irregularities. These are the same people who pushed the Trump was a Russian Manchurian Candidate "Big Lie" for over three years.

And? After this one it can say "Three previous audits found now evidence of fraud" and coach will still ignore it and instead start hyping up #4.

They seem to be looking for the result they want, regardless of the evidence.

I was about to answer but then I realized it was you. Nevermind. I have no idea what I am talking about. Of course the election was stolen...

Nice spin...there is no evidence but you might enjoy this nice little stall tactic

It's the routers. Gotta get those ROUTERS. Trumpy has been whining about the ROUTERS used during the election by the voting machines (which never happened) but it's the ROUTERS. Once they get their hands on those ROUTERS they will have all the proof they need... ::)

Interesting. I'm not sure Liddy's excuse for not turning over the routers makes sense. As best as I know routers contain a computer's MAC address, the IP address that was assigned to the computer, and the lease time of the computer's IP address. It also stores all the user-configurable stuff in the router (port forwarding, etc). I don't believe they contain/store information such folks' as Social Security numbers.
"Specifically, providing these routers puts sensitive, confidential data belonging to Maricopa County citizens — including Social Security numbers and protected health information — at risk," Thomas Liddy wrote in response to the request.
