HOW TO TURN PRO - by Tom Prince
I'm going to cut right to it. Here's EXACTLY, word for word, what it takes for anyone to turn pro:
1. Genetics
2. Busting your ass in the gym
3. Knowing how to eat alot of good food
4. Knowing what it means to "rest"
5. 12-15 YEARS of being consistant, and never missing a scheduled workout (*note: you are allowed to miss 2-3 workouts in that 12-15 years for funerals, family tragedy, etc.)
NOW.. here's how 1-5 plays out: Your GENETICS, you are born with, and can do nothing about. Numbers 2,3,4, I could teach a retarded monkey with a brain amputation.
And #5.. is why 99.99999% of the people fail.. and fall dead on their ass.
Notice is doesn't say "gear" or "steroids" in there at all. If you are one of those people that walks around saying "he's just big because he's on tons of ****!", then you will NEVER make it. NEVER!!
Steroids, GH, gear.. is the ultimate weak minded pussies excuse. Because, if it's GEAR, they never have to admit they aren't good enough. These people come up with an abstract excuse that no one can exacty pin point (how much, exactly is "tons of ****"?), and that way they don't have to admit they just ain't got it.
Notice the only thing you never hear someone say is: "I'm just not good enough?"

Tom just looks like an old guy who drinks malt liquor after his factory shift.
Almost none of that is correct.
Most people at Getbig have only done step #18
ExactlyIt's amazing how the good genetics disappear when the drugs are stopped. Tom Prince, Mohammad Mustafa, Craig Titus, Paul Dillett, Shawn Ray, Dorian Yates, etc, etc, look like normal everyday dudes without the sauce.
"Good genetics" is way too much thrown around and overrated in the same measure as steroids are underrated .
WooSSHHHHHHHHHHHHH LE VRO NEEEEEEEEEEE

Are you saying he looks like a shirt in a coat hanger?
No it’s all genetics. These guys slim down for health reasons afterwards.Shawn Ray fattened up for health reasons. Safety fat.

Terrible tit-to-gunt ratio - absolutely unacceptable - she should be racking KK+I know a guy who went to buy a treadmill from someone (EBay) when she opened the door she was about 350lbs.
She needs a treadmill - and some vaseline to prevent chafing

He said to me he thought "this treadmill is either going to be brand new or fucked"

That's not a bad list and certainly relates to bodybuilding contest success.
In my OPINION, along with the obvious genetic talent to go pro, one more factor is key.
You need to burning MOTIVATION to be a top bodybuilder.
Without the intense drive and desire to succeed, all the other stuff won't matter.
;D
She probably found she had poor genetics for walking...
Good morrow,
Talking with countless Pro's and seeing them in action here is what is needed:
1. Good Genetics
2. Nutrient Timing-waking up every two hours to take in the right amount of proteins and carbs.
3. Shock Training. Mixing it up every now and then so it confuses the muscle.
4. Supplements like BCAA's, Chromium, Yohimbe, Glutamine, etc. etc.
5. Motivation. Hang posters on your bedroom wall, take on a training partner or hire a coach.
6. Rest. Naps throughout the day
7. Sleep. A solid 8-10 hours everynight uninterupted.
9. Atmosphere. Train at the right gym or home.
10. Reduce Stress. Don't worry.
11. Hydrate. Make sure you're taking in enough high quality water.
12. Calories. Trial and error...what amount is right for your body.
13. Quit your job or go down to part time to give bodybuilding full attention.
14. Reduce bad fats. We all know bad fat is bad for the heart.
15. Comfortable clothes. No one wants to train in restrictive clothing. Wear clothes that have a generous fit.
16. Don't drink alcohol. Empty calories mean empty gains.
17. Envision. Visualize yourself on stage and being the best.
18. Buy Posing trunks. Lay out these posing trunks everyday and try them on. This will make the dream more real.
19. Pick A Contest. The rubber is going to hit the road and setting a date gives you something to work towards and a time frame.
20. Reward yourself. Buy a new car to show up to the gym and show the guys and girls you can achieve your dreams.
STAY POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Go BIG or stay home :o
This post above (Howard) and the OP’s original post (Fallsview) have exactly the same IP address.
Please explain for those born before 1960.
Jane is implying that Fallsview has been Howard all along (i always thought Fallsview was Alex23)

In all seriousness, Tom's list is good and correct.
Maximizing your genetic potential is easy and very simple. On paper. It's also very hard to do.
I've also said that it's hard to do the required drugs over time. People who haven't attempted it don't know wtf I'm talking about
Jane is implying that Fallsview has been Howard all along (i always thought Fallsview was Alex23)
The Fallsview gimmick pretends to be a person with the username Alex23.
The Fallsview gimmick posts from the same device as Howard does.
How can you tell that though?
You really don’t think this site is secure, do you ?
