6 egg whites
1 Scoop Optimum vanilla
1/2 C cottage cheese
Splenda
vanilla
Whip in food processor
Fry like pancakes.
YUMMY
add cinnamon
spread with peanut butter and wrap around a banana
wrap around more egg whites
the possibilities are endless ;)

I may have to order some vanilla Protien, and try these. Has anyone tried doubling the protien powder on these? How was the taste if so.

Funny, I saw this on the fitshow. I am actually eating it now
2 scope of optimum chocolate
1/4 cup of egg whites
1/3 cup soy milk
1 cup oat meal
blender then fry like pan cake (pam ofcourse)
I also use "vermon sugar free syrup", 5g of carbs

I usually top my protein pancakes with honey.
