Its definitly happening now. You can never pinpoint a single cause ,  youll only see the effect

I cant imagine a distributer letting a 'hack' fuck up the supply chain so wide spread. So many layers of deceit crafted in a way making it difficult to investigate the 'money' behined this hack. Likely bribes paid by china for a favor
