Is a noose only used to hang a black person? Surely there has to be another use for one....
I know this is a stretch for the Libby Tards, but could someone use this to hang a bucket, tool, building materials, etc.?

I'm sure the person who is responsible for this has long ago made the decision to not come forward out of fear of being canceled for nothing.

Tons of whiteys got the noose in the old days, Western days, railroad days, all countries, etc. It was THEE method for execution.
