Order of respectability -
Bostin - He's just a goofy kid that does steroids. He's been pretty honest, even when it's unflattering. I've also not heard any nasty gossip over the years.
Vegan Gains - He falls in to the "who gives a shit?" pile. Having to dildo your own ass occasional to make ends meet is punishment enough.
O'Hearn - He annoyed me years ago with his humble bragging, and since then it's gone downhill. Serial liar, and a pompous 'unt. His only redeeming quality is he seems to be nice to dogs.

As for the list in the OP, I would say that I respect Mike O'Hearn the most. Vegan Gains has been the biggest asshole lately, although Bostin Lloyd's congenital stupidity is up there...although on the flip side, you could argue that Bostin Lloyd only hurt himself...BUT...even that I'm not sure, given how large his audience was online.
So it's hard for me to select Silver and Bronze for this one...

His entire career is a fraud. Probably has taken a few 12 inch black dongs up the ass in his younger days.
He misleads people to think they can be like him. A fraud and a phony.
PED's, plastic surgery, fake hair, small penis and cheats on his GF openly. He is the epitome of a piece of shit.
Deserves a good throat punch.
Imagine all the kids who have looked up to him, wanted to be like him. Then he lies to them about everything and takes advantage of their genuine thoughts of what a great person he his.
I hope he gets hit by a bus.
