Is he died? In hospital for a month?
-
Dudes doing blast every 2 months to look like garbage and tale 8th place at a tier 4 show, is in his mid 40, wont end well!! Just for the gram!
-
Is he dead or alive?
Most likely it’s a genetic problem unrelated to drugs.

Poor soul

Is he died? In hospital for a month?
You might want to spell his name right:

Dustin is the long version of Dusty
Poor guy - gone too soon
-
Why is this guy releasing a video? He’s not much of a bodybuilder, and his “chest training” doesn’t feature anything remotely exciting/impressive/educational.
Some random tatted-up dude flapping his jaw about minor pec tears. Oh, brother.
(Judging by his flaring elbows, it’s not a mystery why he’s injured his pectoral.)

So both Dustin hamsaw and Dusty Hanshaw are both dead?
-
Rusty Bandsaw is not died as far as I know.
But I get most of my news (world news, politics, sports, etc.) here or one other Strength site.

Is he alive then? How can he maintain his gains in hospital?

Isn't Busty Handjob the guy who
burst veins in his neck from insane blood pressure claimed to have got a piece of meat stuck in his throat which led to an emergency 10 day hospital admission? (sounds legit)

This guy?
That's not Zack King Khan.
Looks like his legs never recovered after the 300 episodes of road to recovery

But we are May 24? Is his thong 6 feet under or hanging in his closet?
Dusty if you are still with us can you give us a sign?

I think he was pushing it too hard for too long and something was going to give in.

So I guess he didn’t have health insurance?
I doubt it.
Couldn't be bothered to pay for insurance.
Had to spend 100% of his money on grass fed beef (rinsed of course) and GH.
-
what's crazy about this is if you watch his videos he is always talking about how much money he has indirectly of course.

So the GoFUndMe has been set up against his will by his Mom... isn't that sweet (I'm not seeing Rusty RimJob on there though - must have given his donation direct to the family)
Sounds bad though... :-\
On the 13th of May almost two weeks ago, Dusty was eating steak and a piece got lodged in his esophagus and he started choking badly. After a struggle he finally got it down, but something was definitely wrong. Sometime later he started to cough up blood, so much so that he went to the hospital as he knew something was not right. At the hospital things quickly snowballed out of control....and it looks like he suffered an esophageal rupture. They had to utilize a balloon in his esophagus to stop the massive bleed and everything went into a tailspin. There was a tremendous amount of blood from this injury and one thing led to another with the doctors having to sedate him and put a feeding tube in. Over the first 48 hours Dusty not only developed pneumonia but also a serious staph infection. It has been a very trying time and they have been unable to bring him out of sedation because of all these dire events happening at once. He has been under sedation for the last two weeks and dependent on the vent to breath. They have been trying to bring him out from sedation but at this time, again, he is not able to breath on his own. So he is still on paralytics, the feeding tube and the vent. It is going to be a long process of recovery.
It's still hard for me to imagine how the original scenario goes down - food rupturing his throat, I mean - how big must that chunk have been ???
Any US Bros care to give me an idea of a weekly cost of that sort of 24-7 intensive life support..? I'm expecting it can't be cheap...
We're rooting for ya, Busty!

He might have insurance but co-pays and co-insurance varies from one carrier and plan to another. Even with insurance a hospital stay can be really expensive. The expense of treatment in the ICU can really blow the costs through the roof.

Damn that`s rough.......I hope he pulls through.

In 2014 my mother was in intensive care and on a breathing tube for 8 days. The hospital charge, before insurances, was $186,000. Fyi, a realty is that not many people make it off a breathing tube - alive. (This includes my mother, she lived about 25 minutes after they took her off.)

Thanks - and Yikes! :o
So they're gonna burn through that $200k pretty quickly - if they haven't already
And yeah, if he's effectively in an induced coma at this point, it's pretty serious - wonder what the percentages are..?
(Maybe there's a GetBigger out there who likes to Google stuff like this? Hmmm? LOL)

It varies from hospital to hospital.
But when i was in ICU for 3 days it was $30k per day just for the "room".
A 3 day stay and all the treatment cost my insurance ~$200k.
I paid about $2k out of pocket.
If they are asking for $200k in "donations" it's obvious he doesn't have insurance.
-
Doesn't sound good
Wonder if he makes it
-
dead by next week Thursday
early PIP
Wonder if they serve steak at the wake?

By the time someone hits their 40's they definitely should have health insurance. Is it even possible to go without health insurance since the Affordable Care Act?

The fines under Obama weren't enough of a deterrent and I believe the Donald eliminated them entirely. So yes, it is both feasible and possible.

Correct.
The fines are taken from your tax return.
I doubt Rustin Lampshaw pays them anyway.

I value my health more than my car and I would never drive my car without insurance...

Folks are saying he has insurance, but you know the stuff they charge 1k per month for, basically pays for the Jello-cups they feed you.

You would be surprised how many people who make a good living do not have health insurance.
A lady i work with doesn't have it and she makes really good money.
I have a few friends with kids who don't have it because it's "too expensive". Some of these people make more than i do.
My brother went without it for about 5 years.
That's why i don't want my healthcare to be pooled in with all these morons, fat asses and smokers.
-

I only pay for my motorcycle insurance for one month when i need registration, then cancel it.

It pisses me off. You can find catastrophic coverage at least for reasonable prices. This pig that retired from my place a couple years ago retired at 60 and got a policy including dental for less than $400 per month. Albeit the deductibles were high but she had reasonable co-pays on most things. There is really no excuse not to be covered. If you are poor you qualify for free insurance and you still get subsidies up to a certain point.

I agree! The lady here at work without coverage would go around the office acting as the mask police during Covid.
She told me one time that if she gets Covid she will lose everything and that we all need to take that into consideration.
Meanwhile she drive a new 5 series BMW and live in some of the nicest townhomes around.
I was actually hoping she would get sick. ;D

If shit becomes reasonably unmanageable, just drive your vehicle off a bridge with explosives in the trunk/bed/back seat and be done with it.

So Dante said Dusty may be in for a month.
Curious to see how much weight is lost when he gets out.
Though a BB probably wont post those pics.
Without food, gear, lifting etc, I can see him losing 40-50 pounds maybe? Most of it fluid being pissed out.
He was around 295 or so when he went in.
I wish for nothing but the best for the guy, I'm just always curious to see whats lost when Pro's go cold-turkey off gear / training.
Article on Rick Valente I think it was back in 80's or 90's, he said he pissed non-stop all night for a week losing 30 pounds.
Now thats not "lean tissue" like many of the liars say that they gain. "Lean water gains of peace piss".

One tip: always make every final effort to stay IN NETWORK with a US health coverage policy. If the costs amount to $200,000, well that certainly does suggest that this top pro that everyone loves so much was a fool and never signed up for any coverage at all. But if you go out of network on a stripped down insurance policy, you can be stuck with GIANT coinsurance expenses. There was recently a guy in Miami who got billed $5,000 for a simple outpatient sleep apnea test after his insurance paid the hospital $4,900 (on a test that cost the hospital about $1,000 to do). The magic question the loved one should ask when you are wheeled in the door: “Is he IN-NETWORK at this hospital? By law, insurance is required to pay EVERYTHING above an out-of-pocket maximum if you are in network, and there is a definite limit on how high those out-of-pocket maximums can go. Also, life time maximums are no longer legal on any policy.
-
Supposedly he’s been in the hospital since the second week of May. If he’s gonna be in another month, he could easily be down 80-100 pounds. Been in medically induced coma and a feeding tube and now hes got a tracheotomy Dante said. He was always pretty bloated and holding water, he probably dropped 30-40 pounds in the first couple days alone.

I had to convince her to call 911.....said she had health inusrance but didn`t want to pay for the ambulance ride.
I finally got her to call 911....she was all fucked up.....leg.hip,lower back etc. etc.

Ambulance ride I took cost 5K, insurance didnt want to cover it.
So you play the game resubmitting, etc.
The actual ambulance company said "fvck it" and told us to not worry about it, was a bit shocked, and very happy.
Insurance companies can be dicks. And they were in this case.

The commitment to bbing is unmatched with the thong warriors, even in the hospital, laying in bed dying, the thong warriors are still able to pose with a thumbs up flexing, and can’t wait to start injecting copious amounts of gear again

inflated prices much...
how does that work out.
3 people in the ambulance. Work time topps 2 hours maybe.
so that means their hourly charge is 50000/3/2= 8333$/hour
fishy...

No insurance, so paid the bill himself.
On the bill was a jello-cup they gave him ($76.00) not even kidding. Pathetic.
