Couldn`t find my other thread so this is it.
I only have a light barbell which I have yet to use and 4 light dumbells......will be buying many more DB`s soon though now that they seem to be back in the stores.
Anyway....Pushups....did a shaky and pathetic 5 reps of one set on my first day.....my gut hit the floor before my chest did.
Now I`m doing 5 sets of 15 perfect form pushups with 45 seconds rest between sets...............can only improve from here.
Bicep and tricep strength has tripled and I have lost 4 inches on my waist without a formal diet.....just eating a bit healthier, smaller portions and no junk food which was my main food staple previously.
Nothing to brag about but I will be getting much more serious as I get into better condition and can now go for long walks since this God forsaken place is finally getting a bit warmer.

It sounds good. I'm curious how your muscle memory will be. Let us know if it comes back quickly.
PS - are you opposed to TRT?

C`mon Matt,with all the illegal sustances I`ve put in my body,why the fuck would I be opposed to TRT ? LOL ;D
I am clean right now though but will speak to one of my million doctors about it.

Also happy to report that on May 1th. I am one year Cancer free,and one year cigarette free.
Never ever thought I could quit smoking but I guess dying is a great motivator!! :D
I know to all the fuckheads out there, I did it to myself.....never said otherwise now did I ? ;)

You train hard brother. I hardly train, LOL! I am to begin this week. No more PT at the hospital and I will start today with 5 lb DB laterals and some light tricep/bicep work too!
