I am down to 216 today went for a walk on the beach at noon after playing golf in the sun yesterday think it lowered my appetite. It is difficult to maintain weight in the summer. Condition is improving though but yeah it will probably be late fall before I touch 230 again.

Are you going to come cook me hourly casseroles??? I am very active and my body will not store any fat. Adding 65lbs of muscle at my age isn't very realistic. But fuck yes I would be 400 if it was up to me. I would like to see 240 but again that is going to be difficult when I live on a mountain and snowboard a couple hours a day without a proper gym all winter. I literally have a bench and some dumbells to train this winter that is it. I also have chrohns so I get digestive issues it is not going to be very pleasant eating like that. But I am making gains now

i have the same hematocrit problem from gear... 200mgs of test vs 900mgs puts me at 58 either way... i get phlebotomies every 3 months for it.... why do you say its stupid?

I don't know either way but some say there is no litarature that supports the idea of phlebotomies lowering any risk factors. I asked my doc and he said that's true "but we just don't like seeing high numbers, know what I mean?"

Because you don't need to be in the magic zone they have designated. Who says it is a problem having more red blood cells is a godamn benefit. Why do you want to weaken yourself giving blood then spend energy to recreate it just to weaken yourself giving blood again??? Usually high red blood cells is a sign of underlying problem low oxygen or kidney failure. But if you know it is being caused by soemthing else it is not a damn issue. Blood Markers are only indicators that there may be an underlying problem changing the marker does nothing to address if you do or don't have an underlying issue. You know you don't though because you know what is raising the marker so ignore it not an issue. Donating blood though yeah that weakens you

Again blood markers are indicators of potential issues not confirmation there is a big difference between a temp elevation or decline in a blood work marker from something taken and known and a actual underlying long term degenerative disease cancer, kidney or liver problems, viral infections and congestive heart failure type issues

Yes but having a high hematocrit at the moment means the blood is thicker with platelets and easier to form a clot which could lodge in your existing narrowing. Even if the blood will clear up once you stop AAS.
