Title: Does anybody know the answer to that stuff?
Post by: Straw Man on July 06, 2021, 08:31:04 PM
THE TRAITOR wants to know if "anybody knows the answer to that stuff"

BTW - I think it's awesome that he keeps commenting on this case.  The dumbass doesn't seem to realize that he doesn't have an AG covering his ass for him anymore.

I think he'll be a fantastic witness for the prosecution and we know he has a world class memory because he told us that too.

The trial is going to be a lot of fun

“They go after good, hard-working people for not paying taxes on a company car,” he said at a rally in Sarasota, Fla. “You didn't pay tax on the car or a company apartment. You used an apartment because you need an apartment because you have to travel too far where your house is. You didn't pay tax. Or education for your grandchildren. I don't even know. Do you have to? Does anybody know the answer to that stuff?”

Hasn't THE TRAITOR said on multiple occasions that no one knows this shit better than him

Why yes he has

Was he lying or is he lying now or is just ALWAYS LYING

I know our complex tax laws better than anyone who has ever run for president and am the only one who can fix them. #failing@nytimes

Nope, not about that
I'm going to take you seriously so do me a favor and read this
https://www.justsecurity.org/77331/the-weisselberg-indictment-is-not-a-fringe-benefits-case/

you can't give something of value to an employee or anyone without it being some form of compensation or a gift (basically)

you have to also prove intent and in this case there are two sets of books and it's supposedly a well documented scheme.

If true then you have a cascade of potential crimes which could include "write offs" i.e. tax fraud if Trump wrote off these payments as expenses rather than wages or a gift

Weisselberg didn't report these payments as income.

His attorneys know what they have on him and I think he's just made the decision (at least for now) to take the hit
