hahaha...well he isn't huge,but he doesn't look bad either.Has some decent cuts,just needs to add some mass.

Jay wasn't blessed with the right genetics to become mr. Olympia. He is big but has many flaws. I much rather teach Cormier. If he was under my guidance he would be defending his third title.

cromier has matured..hes not gonna grow anymore..

he's looked the same for the past 8 yrs...barring small changes..

hahaha ..that is just a long running joke with Alexxx. He always offers to make workout programs for the pros on here.He was not serious. (ok,now as soon as Alexx reads this, he will post that he was indeed serious because he is so huge) :)
