Again, ONE of the hardest training of all time. There was that old Texas cop.

I pressed 315 incline for 6 reps with no spot while on 1 week leave from in Hawaii from the Army on a gym base there in 2002. I always touch the chest and do a high neck press Absolutely the heaviest set I have done before any major injuries or upper body surgeries. I was maybe 24?

He was an incredible hard trainer. He never said he was the strongest. Though I bet the field of guys that could hang with him week in and week out is very small.

For some reason UKJeff has a hard on for Dorian. I agree with you though. His methodology worked best for me. I did tweak it a little though.

Probably too subjective to really banter about. I wonder if the videos of him training came after injuries/trial and error, etc.

I remember getting into this long drawn-out argument against one of the members who worships Dorian. Forgot his name. It started when I said that comparing Dorian doing a set of pullovers in his video to Casey Viator which I saw in person, it was Casey who did that set at that particular time much harder than Dorian. Not as much screaming and grunting as Dorian but definitely took the set further than Dorian did.
