Hate all you want but I would have won my class in bodybuilding at this show. Good job to Frank the over 40 winner as it takes courage to get up there but I have him beat.

All I said from the get go is I would do fine in a state level over 40 masters show. Then Wes and all the haters tried to say I was 185lbs and would be laughed offf stage and knew nothing about bodybuilding since I didn't compete. Bullshit I know I am not Ronnie Coleman but again I would do just fine at a state level master show. I would be 225lbs on stage at 510.5 just walking around in my current condition no diet needed. Again though not even my thing but kind of lame dudes be talking about shows they did a decade ago and claiming that makes them the experts and I know nothing when I am damn near stage condition and a heavyweight at 43 years old just walking around today. Hell my tan is even real no fucking spray needed.
