My old buddy from Springfield College Artie Prince was in that 1984 posedown video.

He used to train with Jeff King for a while.

He improved immenesly a few yeras later.

I kept waiting for his pec to blow on those wide grip flat benches due to all the bouncing.  1:20

The old timers did a lot of wide-grip bench presses, especially with those narrow uprights. Serge Nubret, Lee Haney, Sergio Oliva, and Leroy Colberts (I call them "Leroys" when I do them).  ;D
