"Hey just wanted to say congrats on the showing at the bodybuilding comp last week. In fact you've motivated me to think really hard about doing a Masters comp myself.

Over look the haters out there. Unfortunately they are every fucking where. Keep doing what you're doing.

Keep repping North Carolina :) I'm from NC too.

Bhank could be a visionary doing a 2 day prep next time from 240-225 I got to depleted with 5 days I lost too much and went too low

On a serious note, I gotta give BHanks props for following thru and getting on stage.
I've posted before, what matters most in a contest, is doing your best.
BHanks, may not have won, but I think he beat most of the guys who competed against him.
C'mon , they didn't award those 3 medals I saw posted, for just showing up! ;)

For example, I didn't win or even place in a few big contests I competed in.
Getting 14th out of 40 guys can make you feel defeated , trust me :'(
But realizing you beat more guys then beat you, is some form of consolation.

Like me and many others he's had some set backs but came back strong.
For example, BHanks owns a nice home with pool and has a new job with a steady gf, etc.

BHanks, (again) please IGNORE the get big haters .
You know the real truth about your "life".
That's what really matters, when you look in the mirror.
