Decent build.

Long torso.

Trains biceps on a rowing bench with cable pulls to the face. ;D

Standing up would over-train the spinal erectors.

Also the rowing-bicep curl motion activates the third bicep head.

That way he needs less oil injected into his arms.

Maybe he's onto something?

Yes, but the rowing-bicep curl motion doesn't optimize supination.
