He didn’t care for the Haitians leaving their weights everywhere and would start yelling at them. He’d also hog the smith machine and would strip all of the plates off on the sides, so people wouldn’t bother his machine. A true iron warrior. PIP

No, not a dedicated one. The Misfits had individual threads running multiple pages though.

Blaha did have one though that ran a few pages, but he never really got a toehold here.

CSwol was more popular than both here at Getbig.

The vanity of the average human/BB can be their downfall.
Make the candy shell look good, with little regard to the innards.

Sun (too much), BB drugs, chemicals, research-chems, etc. People think "my bloods look good, so Im OK".
Bloods dont show calcium scores, atherosclerosis, bad valves and many other things going on inside that can kill you.

As a hardcore gym-rat, once you hit 40, it makes sense to get all the internal testing done possible. Calcium score, visual stress-tests, etc.
And get off orals, high doses of oils, and work hard (training) to maintain what you have as you age, and Dr. monitored TRT, proven natty supps, etc.

You can still look good, have fun in the gym, maintain good health/strength, etc.

No med-testing, lots of drugs can equal trouble as you age.
