I eat meat once every few weeks only......eggs,eggwhites,poultry,fish,natty PB,cottage cheese and a bit more dairy here and there for protein intake.

Ever hear of Boston Baked Beans.....I lived about hours 2 from Boston for 40 years or so.......I love beans.
