Companies have made billions on the back of the forever wars. How can you be so obtuse as to not understand this? It's pretty clear that there was direct involvement of Israel to drag America into endless wars and anti-muslim sentiment for its security.

The dancing Israeli business was highly suspicious stuff. I wonder how well known this is among the general public. They actually arrested 200 Israelis in the aftermath of 9/11 and it was admitted the were Mossad but then they were all shipped to Israel. You had these Israelis dressed as arabs celebrating the coming down of the towers. When they were arrested they just said, "we are not your problem, the Palestinians are your problem."

It seems like everyone agrees you need public support to get involved in big confllicts, otherwise your country gets politically very unstable. Pearl Harbor got the US involved in WWII and 9/11 was "needed" for the war on terror. Before Pearl Harbor most Americans were against getting involved.
That's why there are conspiracy theories that Eisenhower knew it was coming and didn't stop it

I had just got my commission from Officer Candidate School 20 years ago, and less than three months before the Twin Towers got hit.
The shock and anger was unreal (The Marines at the neighboring recruiting station where I was TAD were ready to start blasting terrorists on sight).
My family and my girlfriend (now my wife) thought I'd be on the first thing smoking to Afghanistan.
I thought this was the kind of stuff you see in old war movies about Pearl Harbor. But, it was happening in 2001, just six months after I started OCS.
God bless the families of the lost and those who rescued other victims.
