Since my gym closed due to the fauxdemic, I switched to floor presses at home using dumbbells. My chest is the best it ever has been now...

Zero shoulder pain now! I read that once the bench press became a staple in gyms years ago the incidence of shoulder injuries skyrocketed. Makes sense since bringing the elbow down below the plane of the torso hyperextends it.

They ruined a great sport with this fucking nonsene.
When I competed in the early to mid 70`s it was knee wraps, a belt, some chalk and desire.

I`m sure there are,Tom Bradys stats are far better than Bart Starrs or Terry Bradshaws............... ..................traini ng and nutrition improves but this squat suit,monolift,excessive arching nonsene is bullshit.
