Gilbert Gottfried on steroids.

Is that a hairpiece?

He has no calves.

Without drugs he would disappear.  These guys who are big 'roiders who give advices...pfft.

His advices wasn't bad. Just hard to take advices from some of these drug users.  The majority of them look like hell without the assist.

Leg work is hard.

This is my theory as well.

Working arms and chest is easy, working legs and back is hard.

At least show the most recent

old/recent makes no difference.

your legs are trash.. also zooming in on the pic makes no difference re: above.

its like they have been surgically put together? did you have any leg injuries?

I showed the first one you posted and the most recent up where you were bragging about making GAINZ just to prove there has been no difference.

You have twig old man shriveled legs, and you're just a clown. You've quickly established yourself as the biggest joke on this board that we just bat around passing you off from member to member to get owned and humiliated.

I can't stop laughing at this pic. What a phaggot. That hair is classic.

I didn't watch the video but is the idea that good legs require superhuman effort?

Legs are like any other muscle group, mostly genetics. Most of the people with great legs I know didn't do anything special for their legs or trained particularly hard. I sometimes see women with outstanding leg development and then see them just going through the motions in their workouts. The guy I knew with the best legs never trained legs. Always talked about the importance of squatting but never squatted himself.

That is not to say harder training isn't better, just that genes dictate the most. I read somewhere that if you worked up to 4 plates for 20 reps in the squat over time you'd automatically have big legs. Didn't work for me. :'( :D

I never free squat , just hacks and leg curls and calf raises, my legs are very good compared to a lot of guys my age struggling under huge weights

well i'm now just turned 57.. always been athletic playing sports since high school and i've been working out  lifting weights consistently for 2 years plus and my legs still dont' grow... always been defined and muscular but NEVER big. Guess it's genetics and at my age, i don't see anything changing....

currently? i work legs once a week and that consists of 3 sets of goblet squats, 3 sets of leg presses, 3 sets of leg extensions, 3 sets of leg curls, 3 sets of romanian squats and 3 sets of lunges (for each leg) and 3 sets of standing calf raises....

perhaps i'm doing too much? perhaps not enough?

Ok. So he was on gear when he weighed 160-170? What made him gain 30+ lbs of muscle at 30yrs old? Even more gear?

Why do you want them big instead of defined?

Once a week?  Not enough.

Also too many exercises.

Quads & hamstrings:  3 hard work sets of full range leg presses or squats 10-15 reps and 3 sets of 12-15 reps leg curls.

Calves - Alternate standing and seated each training day for 100 reps total.

One press exercise and one pull exercise each workout 3 sets 8-12 reps.  (Bench press, overhead press, etc + row or pullup/pulldown).

Barbell curl 3x8-12.

Train 3 times a week.  If you are too sore then 2 times a week.

Train legs first in every workout.

Eat one extra meal of 500-700 calories each day

Squat or Leg press
Leg curl
Calf exercise
Bench press or Overhead press
Pullup/pulldown or Row
Barbell curl
