Title: What is that exercise where 1 arm up with dumbell n the other arm touching floor

i feel a mean pinch in lower back but a great stretch in oblique, my left oblique is way tighter n kinda painful when trying this . But when dumbell is in right hand up in air and i go down my right oblique is much stronger and painfree

I recently threw my back oout after 8 months no pain so trying this exercise out

Kettle bell windmill or kettle bell Turkish get up.   Great core stabilizer work.

yess kettle bell windmill is a serious weakness on left oblique left lower back. It hurts but feels good. Thanks

Widen your stance a bit to where you can keep your legs straight and slide your free hand down the outside of your thigh.

Great core exercise, the only oblique exercise I do.
