To the best of your abilities. What happens then?
What if your lbm continuously grow because the body don't know how to be catabolic in this situation. Present any scientific studies on this if you have them.

I always thought we should look for new and innovative ways of accomplishing our goals. But in this case maybe I hadn't thought it through. Because it's not about eating, it's about digestion.
Happy?

This is exactly what would happen: about 45 minutes into your new eating strategy, you would grow bored, and quit

I'm only willing to push it to 8 meals a day. 24 meals would push the metabolism so high that your thyroid would fry.

Maybe too extreme a scenario, but maybe a more measured scenario- every 10 minutes a small amount of food- which isn't really that far off from what a lot of people already do haha. I think there's a decent amount of evidence that muscle building is not strictly a mechanical reaction, but largely the result of the body feeling it doesn't have to worry about future nutrient needs being met. I just posted a study about how long it takes for hypertrophy to start in a calorie deficit a few weeks ago. I go back and forth on this, but I have come to the conclusion that nutrient timing is an important part of hypertrophy that we just don't understand yet. Not necessarily in the anabolic window way a lot of us became familiar with in our formative years, but in more fundamental ways.

1 tablespoon of sugar, as an example, weighs 12.5 grams
x 60 minutes = 750 grams = 1.65 pounds per hour
x12 hours = 19.8 pounds in half a day
In calories, that's 9000 gms x 4 cal/gm= 36000 calories
Please try it and get back to us.
