You must have at least Mr. O top-6-type mass/conditioning/shape to successfully post pics here.

All genetics, hardwork, grass fed beef (rinsed of course), wala wala onions and twizzlers.
He gets up at 6am every morning for his first "protein shake". Then trains in a "nearly fasted" state for 52 minutes.
It's obvious he has "paid his dues" and has implemented incline DB presses at the exact 27.575 degree angle with flared elbows in order to "fill out" his "upper" chest.
Also used DB pullovers to "expand his ribcage".
If he stopped taking the AAS he would only lose around 7.89 pounds of water because they are just the "finishing touch" and do not build as much muscle "as you think" they do.
What a warrior.

Define a "few" years.
Last time somebody posted something like this, he neglected to point out the TEN-YEAR difference between the two pics.
Edit - Deja vu' all over again. The pics are almost TEN YEARS apart, with the former being from 2012.
