Two co-founders of Blackstone Labs, a brand of sports supplements, have reached agreements with prosecutors to plead guilty to federal crimes and likely face significant prison time. Under plea agreements filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Phillip (“PJ”) Braun and Aaron Singerman also have agreed to forfeit millions of dollars to the U.S. government, the Nov. 17 court filings reveal.
Also, Blackstone Labs itself anticipates reaching an agreement with the government, Arthur Leach, an attorney representing the company, disclosed in an email. Braun and Singerman, who’s also the founder of sports supplement brand RedCon1, each have agreed to plead guilty to two counts of a 14-count criminal indictment, Natural Products Insider has learned. In exchange, prosecutors have agreed to seek dismissals of eight counts against Braun and six counts against Singerman.
Both men could each face up to 13 years in prison, the plea agreements disclose, although U.S. District Judge William Dimitrouleas will ultimately decide the sentences at a later date following recommendations from prosecutors and the defense. Based on federal sentencing guidelines, and provided they have no criminal history, Braun and Singerman each face between 63 and 78 months in prison on each count, although Dimitrouleas has discretion to impose harsher or more lenient sentences, including reductions for pleading guilty rather than going to trial.

Blackstone Labs' counsel, said his client "has turned over a new leaf and looks forward to a prosperous future."
Meaning he has a new scam in his head to get lined up already.

If they had plead earlier they likely would have gotten additional charges dropped. All the additional motions and drag out just emptied their wallets and likely didn’t result in preventing any evidence from being included in the event of trial. The emails they had sunk them.

Where did you go to Law School and what state Bars are you a member of?
Oh.
OWNED!
FYI you&me wouldn’t share his/her opinion unless (s)he knew what (s)he speaking about.
Please share your legal education with us Masked Stud.

Vince didnt you think Aaron was going to get a slap on the wrist while PJ did real time?
It still may play out that way.

At first because he left the company until the emails came out...i dont think you should be prosecuted for making innovative products but they are both going to get similiar sentence. Honestly, i would have closed that shit up with messages coming through private vpn network if i was working at Blackstone along with keeping snitches out of the mix

Those guys should have brought you in as a consultant.
I think you would have helped to clean things up a bit and would have kept it legally sound.
I like Aaron, he's a good boy. We get along well and he is very pleasant and highly driven. I am not sure what true legal ramifications this issue will bring to these young men.
Can the lawyers on the forum give their expert opinion? Prison time certain yes or no?

Dr. Goodrum, PhD, CSN, MFT, HPP, CEO, you were 100% spot on that Rittenhouse will do time!
You are likely 100% spot on about this legal case.

At the very least , i would have secured those emails and phone calls...and given what i do for a living, im not joking. You should never use an open ended email server...i would have built a Hillary Clinton grade system running Kodachi for all communications and given them intranet based mobile devices running the same thing although i would have told them not to talk on the phone. It would have been more hidden than gays in the closet

Would you have also told them buying Lamborghinis, Ferraris, etc. and posting them on social media is probably not the best idea either?

Surprised Aaron and PJ are getting the same deal. Lucky PJ.
Wonder if Genova will visit PJ, maybe give him a little "Midnight Express" titties on the glass action.
-
You are all clueless, especially Melvin.
This is what got the government's attention:

After you rob a bank don't go out and buy a new car the next day.

You of all people should be sticking up for them. They didnt rob a bank...they bought a company FROM YOUR BOSS, created some great products that sold millions. The money laundering part is of debate but they didnt steal money in terms of a bank robbery to buy them..just mismanagement at the most
-
Seems like this saga has been going on for 7-8 years now. I remember reading about PJ's new business endeavor back in 2013 it feels like

No bullshit - that article was a fascinating summary - thanks for posting

Frankly, I haven't followed Aaron and PJ's saga because it has way too many twists and turns. I did think that Celeste was an attractive woman when I first heard she and PJ were together. Then, they broke up if I remember correctly.
What I will say is that for a pair of boys that were not famous IFBB pros or Mr. Olympia, they did taste a good amount of success in their journey. Legality aside (because seriously, what the fuck makes anything legal versus illegal besides some old politicians that don't want others to take part in their own questionable practices), I hope they get to walk away from this with minor repercussions (very little time if required).

1. PJ will never see the inside of a jail cell
2. PJ will keep buying 10mm homes, 400k luxury cars and boats
3. PJ will still be writing articles in fitness mags, selling Blackstone products the same way as now
-
sickening craig titus
-

No not mismanagement... it was selling illegal compounds (anabolic steroids) as dietary supplements, flaunting your money all over the internet and getting busted.
Robbing a bank was an analogy, in other words if you're making a lot of money doing something illegal don't attract attention to yourself.

Palumbo and Romano say Aaron will get something between 3-5 years where Pj is facing 7- 10.
Woooshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

What we know about PJ is that he has a small cock, tough life for him, has to make up with muscles and expensive goods
-
-
So this guy only pops up to make videos about Pj and Aaron ?
Whoshhhhh ;D ;D
-
-
PJ is an idiot. Even Stevie Wonder saw this coming.
Peejay going down swinging. I bet Singerman will quietly go about getting a deal and pj will be left holding the bag.
-

Woooshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
I take back my surprise, Singerman's junkie cunning strikes again. That being said, this is probably the safest fringe industry to be a rat in, tons of real rats, suspected rats, etc...., and nothing ever happens. Some are even welcomed back into the industry with open arms.
At least he doesn't get to keep most of his ill gotten gains.
-
Can’t find my post but I said Aaron would throw PJ under the bus. I knew this jew prick would start singing. PJ is just to dumb and will fall on the syringe and 23 g 1 inch needle.
-
jews gonna jew
-
I didn't listen to any of these videos but PJ also took a plea deal as far as I can see. It's on pacer.gov. Are these guys just trying to stir shit for views?
-

PJ took the deal after he learned Singerman did. Singerman's has a rat clause in it that allows him to receive a more lenient sentence based on how much he is willing to help the feds. Braun's is a standard guilty plea, etc.....

Maybe if you watched the videos you would not have to ask dumb questions.
-
Brand new, this just came out.

Fuck off loser. I don't have time to watch other losers/nobodies talk about someone else's life so they can make $27 on YouTube.
-
Jesus Christ! This guy is absolutely horrible with the way he screams like a fucking lunatic. I wonder if he has any friends that tolerate him. Then he praises Nick Trigili who sells the same types of products... which he says is a scummy thing to do. Him talking about ethics... ::) Nick was taking orders for Anadrols and Dianabols as "HRT" and is now selling SARMs, same thing Lobliner says is unethical.
Nice star of david. ::)

P.s. Lobliner is looking old as hell and still hasn't grown up.

They should have made Jason Genova the front boss. He'd have made a great patsy.

So Vince who is gonna run things when Aaron is gone?

Aaron hasn't ran the company in over a year, his business partners have been. You cant run a company from prison if he goes there so he prepared in advance
