my protien is maybe 60 a day i drink almost a gallon of orange juice . Im able to do more with less protein. Im not saying my 1rep max is is higher but my digestion is great and i dont feel like im missing out on any food nor do i feel like my energy is lacking.
Protein does not provide more energy than a carb nor fat.. Protein diets only give results when you strip all carbs. A natty cannot reap benifits of high protein high carbs and fats youll just get tired from digesting it. muscles will never retain a round look even with all three macros high as a natty.
Im now seeing better cardio capacity while retaining 1rep max with high carbs mod fat low protien,
On days i drink beer i cant touch fruit juices .

In total agreement. Protein powders are a marketing gimmick. Eat real food.

i dont even eat meat , yes im not ripped because im not trying to be, but i seem to have endless endurance and no back pain. I feel i could lean out but the work id have to do to get there would just make me a exercise addict even moreso my life is too busy for it

As long as you eat eggs and dairy you don't need to eat meat. You need to be careful about vitamin B12 which is really only available from animal products - but it is in eggs and dairy so you'd be OK if that is in your diet. B12 is an incredibly important vitamin, much like C and D.

What does an entire day of eating look like for you?

I would argue that protein powder is real food. Lots of real foods are processed in various ways.
Powder is neither better or worse than solids. Both have their advantages. If you are deathly ill and catabolic, what do they feed you with/supplement at the hospital? Protein shakes. Nowhere is there are real hospital nutritionist saying powder isn't "real." :D I'd love to supplement with real medical RTDs but they are much more expensive than commercial protein powders.

its definitly real food but only shows its value on a zero or low carb diet wich isnt fun or sustainable

diabetes much?
people with diabetes are usualy sedentary and bad kidneys from meat
If you stop carbs you shut down your pancreas wich causes pancreatic cancer. Like patrick swayze , i beleive is how he died he looks low carb rip
-
I do not use protein powders. I got my first bag of whey about a year ago that I have had in 20 years. I have maybe had 5 shakes since then. All it does is reduce my appetite to eat other meals with protein fat and carbs in them

Protein powders lack the organic matrix of real meat. Powder is absolutely far worse than meat. I'll leave the googling of research articles ad nauseum for others. Protein powders easily congeal within the human digestive system causing blockage. Look it up.

Actually, high protein diets can make diabetes worse. They reduce insulin sensitivity. TONS of research showing this.
-
Nothing wrong with a protein shake after a workout.

Whey is left over when milk is coagulated during the process of cheese production
it is a useful dietary supplement - for those looking to keep a particular daily protein amount consistently
the thing I notice when I don't use protein powder is I am hungry at the end of the day - which usually leads to bad shit in my case
I typically mix 1 cup of liquid egg whites and 1-1.5 scoops powder --- usually 2 times a day ---
-
Way too much carbs, I couldn't do that
