So, I’ll preface this by saying I have no desire to get on stage or anything like that. I have 2 kits that I purchased to see if it would help heal my back and maybe the added benefit of some fat loss at the injection site. I also don’t want any sides such as changing my facial structure etc. Anyways, I was wondering if I should take 2iu Ed for 100 days, 4iu Ed for 50 days or something in between. If it is not a good idea, I have no issue giving it away or trashing it, but I want to see if it will give me some relief. I do non narcotic pain management and non surgical options. Anybody have any experience with HGH and healing properties? I’m also on hrt at 180mg week. Thanks.

You are not going to have fat loss at the injection site also it is easier to do intramuscular vs sub Q. I would say go 4iu for 50 and see how you feel. The anti inflammatory properties are well known. Most muscular and joint issues are due to inflammation. If you go too high you will get fluid retention in your lower back which won't help. 4iu would be a great place to start. It should reduce the inflammation and give you some relief.

The sweet spot seems to be 30 IU’s a day

Ive run it at 3ius before and got some nice results - mainly fat burn and better sleep, it would be more beneficial to run it longer IF you aren't running with anything else - but if you're using test or some AAS - 4ius might be a better route

Agree with hanky.
There is no such thing as spot reduction.
Shoot it IM.
2iu twice a day.
You won't have any bad sides under 10iu a day except a little carpel tunnel, but that varies.
GH is best run for a long period of time. Get some more if you want real results.
A year on GH will change your life, especially if you are over 40.

I just want to add this for those saying there is no such thing as spot reduction. I trained an older client and he shot 2 iu's gh on the left side of his abdomen and oblique because he was right handed. It was amazing that he had no fat on that side of his abs and obilques, and it looked very odd. Now this was over several years of injecting his L side.

I am right handed I can reach both my left and right side with my right hand you would think if that was happening he would switch it up

This is a good approach, but as mentioned, get a few more kits run it a little higher and longer.

Agree with this as well but 4iu for 50 is a good start

Do you still use an insulin pin when shooting IM with HGH? I’d assume calves or thigh would be the easiest place to do that if using an insulin pin.

Insulin pin but shoot near where you have the injury or in the muscle you train that day

That is interesting.
I shot around my belly button for years and never noticed anything.
Who knows it might have worked for him.

Yeah a Slin pen is fine.
I just shot everywhere.
Biceps and delts are easy.

HGH is bioidentical it is not a drug

I was looking into some GH a while back but decided against it. Does something like 4ius daily work similar to trt in terms of the muscle and strength gains? I’ve read that it works quite a bit better paired with test. I don’t take trt so this would be GH by itself if I took it.

Injury is lower back/fucked up discs so that is out of the question. I was thinking a place with little fat to get the pin in which is why I thought of the calves or thigh. Maybe I’ll do delts since as I’m now over 40, they seem to be aching. I have/had a partially torn rotator cuff and labrum a few years ago, but after an illness that put me out of commission for six months, it seemed to have healed itself almost back to normal.

Just curious, is the 180 mg a week what your doctor prescribed? Mine insists on my being at 150 mg a week. The pharmacy fills the 3 month prescription with ten 1 mil vials. Getting every drop out of these vials is almost impossible. Previously, they'd fill it with one 10 mil vial, which was much more user friendly. My guess is there is more profit for the pharmacy this way although my co-pay of $26 remains the same.
No experience with HGH, so can't help you there, sorry.

Guy in Huberman Lab podcast about anti-aging recently asserted that gh is like any other turbo charge. Yields benefits in the short term but is ultimately counterproductive.
He wasn't talking recovery from injury tho. Still, first time I've heard someone say it provides the opposite of what most people want from it.

2iu before bedtime, on empty stomach, no food for at least 2 hours will givwe you the best healing process. It works truly amazing this way and maybe another 2iu after a workout. you will sleep and heal like a baby! Please stay away from the insulin just diet and you be very happy! Good luck

That would have been the smart thing to do.

I've had both those injuries before, too. I consulted with a private physician about an HGH prescription to speed up the healing of a fracture as well. Ultimately, I decided against it and never tried it. He was wanting a fortune for the prescription and I was concerned about it increasing the odds of developing certain cancers and stuff like that. Time and physiotherapy healed everything in the end - although I always have to be careful of my back.
I've read it can speed up certain cancers but does not cause them.
Still something to be careful about.

I literally posted a scientific study you jackass. You don’t read you don’t experiment you don’t have any idea what you are talking about. If you did you would be walking on your own accord. You probably have water (leaking synovial fluid) in both your knees. Hgh will absolutely stop that.
-

Yeah, I'm right handed too, but sometimes I sit on it to make it go numb, that way I can pretend someone else is doing it ;D

DO you really believe that 'the scott'will take what you said and see a dr to get 'gh'prescribed as you suggest.

No the Dr would not prescribe enough to work. Scott is also too much of a pussy to do anything to fix the problem. But yes absolutely through hormonal support training and nutrition Scott could walk again. 3 years ago I could not walk unassisted. I had synovial fluid swelling my knees larger than my quads which were completely atrophied because I could not walk. I had bone on bone no cartilage just grinding away in both knees. Hell I could not straighten out the leg I had so much joint inflammation much less stand. They were pulling 100cc of fluid out of the knees every time I went to the Dr. I used all my knowledge. I no longer have any fluid in either knee. Dr have been doing HGH shots directly into patients knee joints for decades now. Assuming he doesn't have the Cajones to inject intra articular its going to take a higher dosage. Additionally he will want to use other anti inflammatory compounds and peptides. But by using everything in the tool box and progressive resistance training yes absolutely he would be able to walk again.
Does anyone else here have mobility issues? Knee back shoulder pain? Start banging 15iu a day with additional hormonal support while training and you are going to start feeling better. I can walk again hell I am squatting now not going to apologize for that to anyone.

the real question is - will state sponsored medicaid cover Pharma grade gh ? or his bronze level family insurance plan offered through his employer ?? let alone the advanced blood lipid profile lab work, compound pharmacy "fees", or even the cost of a referral to a HRT clinic ??
when he could just buy a kit of "no label" gh off a large but trim individual at his local hardcore gym for a fraction of the cost of his blood work and Dr copay fees ?
I would always have to run t3/t4 at larger doses of gh - like 8iu+ - I always used slin - used to take with every meal but liked doing big shots of long acting slin - I used it mostly to keep me hungry - I hit 290lbs one offseason but usually stay around 260lbs when I stay on gh and slin long enough

a guy at my gym 71 great shape ,knees get shot with stems cell he feels good after that for a while.

Oh yeah stem cells might be great but very expensive even the great Bhank doesn't have that kind of loot laying around for might be
The onshore stem cell therapy places can't give you enough you have to go to South America to get the properly harvested kind cloned to get enough still not legal here. I looked into it the cost was going to be like 40k a knee
You want the ones harvested from fetal tissue and you want them cloned both options still not legal here in the US

Here's one in your favor. I recently read an article that said too much protein lowers testosterone levels.
"Too much protein can lead to a spike in an insulin-like growth factor, which affects testosterone production. Excessive protein intake increases cortisol levels. Cortisol is also known as a stress hormone, and too much of it can wreak havoc in your body, including lowering testosterone levels."
I also read that exercise counters this issue. It's all a balancing act.

At 30iu you will get pitting edema in your lower legs you will not be able to maintain this dosage due to the continued swelling without something to treat it or lowering the dosage. At 15iu you may notice some edema in your lower legs. Hand swelling and carpal tunnel are standard. 8-10lbs of subcuteos water. Drowsiness. 2-3 days of non usage or a mild diuretic will treat this issue. Diet ie excessive drinking of gatorade while on can exacerbate it. The additional water does give almost instant relief of mild joint issues and long term usage absolutely reduces chronic pain and inflammation. A butterfly will emerge from the cocoon. Crippling injuries become nagging injuries nagging injuries disappear.
But what do I know I am just a 44 year old broke down crippled slob with a skinny fat dadbod but at least I smiled tonight after like 7 or 8 meals today

Good response, i've been debating jumping back on GH, it's been almost 8 years.
I've used up to 10iu of the generic Chinese GH for extended periods, but i think the 5-6 range is what i need today.
My joints are shit from years of powerlifting.

I agree I think 5iu a day is probably perfect for long term maintenance. 10iu is more than enough I am sure but sometimes you feel really beat up and want to make extra sure
