Title: Best Bodybuilding Pod-Casts
Post by: stuntmovie on February 02, 2022, 09:43:14 AM
Not sure if "Pod-Cast" is the correct name for these on-line commentaries as I am only familiar with two of them .... and would appreciate hearing from you Get-Biggers about other BB pod-casts and how you rank them from the best to the worse.

I am familiar with the RXMuscle (Palumbo) and Bodybuilding & BS (Nick Trajili)
shows and I think that BB & BS has been more informative and up to date.

Any help?

Thanks for each of the above recommendations! I'll take a look at each of them.

There was some pretty interesting info provided on BB & BS regarding Calum's arrest down under and another regarding Matt Jensen and Walker.

MIKE, Just spent a few minutes watching the a Fouad pod-cast with Bumstead.

An interview with lots of intelligence and I will be watching more of his presentations..

Thanks for the recommendation.

On to the other recommendations.

I agree.

Although I recall one that was particularly cringe...it may have been one where they were interviewing Guy Cisternino, where they were defending him over that incident where he got angry at the guys who were just working out near him or something.  But maybe I'm confusing Guy being on the podcast, versus that particular topic being on it.

Otherwise, Fouad does a great job.  I'm glad to see he's not pushing his body into his forties, like other pros do.

no you are right they were all defending guy while he was on the podcast.

otherwise it is a great podcast.

Some of the fan questions are almost all borderline homo stuff.

i normally dont watch, but listen while driving

fouad does a  great job (can get annoying but his serious interview ones are good)
scott mcnally and his 'think-big' ones are good (crosland, ron & dusty, scott stevenson etc)
super-human radio (lanore and regish blueprint one)
iron-radio (where fortress used to be with lonnie) phil stevens and mike still do a good job there
big loz - talking strongman

the bb gossip/drama ones i can do without

I recommend Mark Bell's Powercast #224 or Mark Bells Power Project EP 494. They are both chock full of valuable tidbits.

Thank you sir. Appreciated.

When you get this old, there's just no way you don't have at least a few good stories.

Stay cool my friend.

Palumbo's for me. He doesn't draw out the topics too much. When it's him - Romano - Valentino - Priest, it's the best mix. The Bull and Aceto are also fine also in small doses. The rest are just seat fillers. Palumbo's still tuned into the younger generation, and Romano, etc... are good for historical things, and general BS.

Fouad's is decent.

Dislike Trigili's. He draws things out too much to make the youtube bucks. No one needs an hours worth Trigili rehashing things. He doesn't have the personality for it.

He is new so not appreciated yet by the older guys but Trigili is the most entertaining. Noel Deyzel is a popular new one who came over from tic tok. Anabolic Doc is useful. Vigourous steve is not my favorite gregg douchette can be entertaining and Jordan Oakley is just craz.  mike van dusen loves tren or something oh almost forgot some 400lb monster out of England and TrainedbyJP if you want training has some great stuff. Of course you have you Palumbo and more plates more dates there is a guy who eats liver some leo longevity weirdo lots and lots of crap and some comedy on youtube.

it took a bad turn a few months ago

but leo & longevity used to discuss GetBig and the mythical beast known as gh15

isn’t there a podcast where larry wheels and Golum sit on their asses and talk about dosages

I’ve been using his sleep stack and it works well. I like him overall, but I’ve also heard him cite studies that I wouldn’t have bothered to like the DHT creatine study if you can even call it that

First of all ..... Thanks for each of the above recommendations!

Of interest today is Nick Triijili's rant regarding Jay's  training program offerings and whether or not Jay at $3,000 per is actually personally involved.

Worth a  look.
