I think the number is single digits for players, 5 or 6 maybe. Purchasing permission is very expensive when you have billions. Its not tax deductible. Only truly exceptional players get this opportunity but only those with real money can buy in.

The team ownership is probably in seventeen/eighteen  range.

This is where the high rollers play.
