He's not massive, given how insanely strong he is. Maybe 5'9" and 285-lb. That's small for WSM standards.

The biggest competitors are a full 100-lb heavier and full one foot taller than him.

He's incredibly strong - especially so for his size. NOT that 285-lb is "small". But this is World's Strongest Man here.
