would we get asset deflation and stock market recession? Essential jobs would still be stable or like they are now? i hear the fed will be destroying money and not making new debt as they need a balance sheet correction...
Does the fed want us to beleive they audit themselves?

You don't even have enough of a basic understanding for someone to explain this to you

Seriously though if you want to understand how the Fed works start reading Bloomberg Forbes and Reuters and other financial website articles about the subject. There are a dozen articles on the topic every day on the financial websites. Don't come ask Getbig

Printing money, stocks, and crypto, are absolutely Bullshit. Don't get me started on NFT'S...
They are literally laughing at you, at this point.

If they stop printing, velocity of money goes to zero and the plebs can’t play anymore.
Go play monopoly and remove the $200 stimmy money and see how long the game goes for.
Currency debasement has been around for thousands of years and every monetary system has done it because you can play for longer.
People who have been calling for collapse since leaving the gold standard are only wrong for 50yrs….. on here some were calling for USD collapse in 2020, never happened. Then called for USD collapse in 2021, never happened. I don’t think those people even post of this type of thread anymore?
People who expect printing to stop will simply get wrecked. It’s how the system monetises debt to give a clean slate.

Video of fractional lending.
Banks today don’t lend out your deposits like they used to. Under the fractional lending like in the video, go back to the GFC and we all remember when payment systems went down, accounts frozen, delays in settlements etc. that was a cash shortage scenario under fractional lending structure.
Today, The cash deposits are kept as collateral for loans they take out against the central bank which are backed by the central bank itself. This way the consumer’s cash remains in the bank and is available. Hence 14yrs post GFC even in a pandemic we could access money and pay for things.

If they stop printing the dollar gains value automatically , stock market crashes people want there cash out and buy assets and hoard cash. America starts paying back what they owe and invests only hard assets. Only way the usa gets out of debt

So, you couldn't be more wrong. The US prints it's way out of debt. We pay off the debt through inflation. Most foreign governments have to pay off their sovereign debt in foreign currency we make both principal and interest payments in US dollars which are backed by the government's willingness to pay that is it. The government has an unlimited ability to pay as it prints dollars. Printing more currency reduces the debt burden. We could print 20 trillion tomorrow and pay off the entire debt. Of course, this would cause inflation and reduce the value of dollar deposits. Hoarding cash is the worst thing you can do during inflation as it loses its value. Corporations can raise prices and pass inflationary cost to consumers stocks actually perform well during inflation. Deflation is worse than inflation we want healthy stable inflation.
