Had he not died on the set of The Crow....how big of a star would he have become? He had the looks...the father...the name. I imagine as big as a Brad Pitt. I believe he would have been late 50s by now.

Dying making the movie probably helped him "make it" more than anything else.

He could have added more muscle mass but he had reached full height so he wasn't going to get any bigger in physical height.

He was going to make it big, both in front of and behind the camera. :'( He had the physical chops to perform and had amassed some stunt guys (think of Jackie Chan’s crew). One of them went one to cofound 87ELEVEN ACTION DESIGN, which has been involved in lots of films and TV shows that we’ve all seen.

as for how big he could've gotten, maybe a star in the 90's but he would be irrelevant at this point just like all the other action stars from that era are today, i don't think he would've been bigger than van damme

I understand where you are coming from Flex and I do think you might be onto something. Brandon's face in that picture resembles the same unsymmetrical proportions that a Rumer Willis has and over time, had he been allowed to live, would have probably morphed into some variation of the creature further below...

The original post mentioned Brad Pitt as the yardstick. I responded to that and offered the Scott Eastwood example.
The talk was never really about action stars. I even went as far as deleting that part of your post mentioning action stars when I quoted and responded to it.
