I know my legs are small however my hamstring seperation and shape is looking better there are veins coming out of the quad there is some density and striations and condition to the muscle. Obviously still need size but I think I see actual improvement

There are 2 goals here
1 blow up legs so don't look like a fool on a bodybuilding stage.
2 Avoid the old man lack of ass and hamstrings and cottage cheese fat keep legs strong and shapely
I may not have accomplished 1 yet but I am feeling pretty good about 2. Size is needed but the legs look trained the legs are absolutely not regressing despite pushing into my mid 40s no cottage cheese on my ass can see curves and shape to the back of the leg. Everything is firm and tight. Can clearly see hamstring and glute separation. The squats are working.

Why would I check my weight on a fake scale? Do they even sell fake scales? You are welcome to send your old lady over to do my laundry.

Eventually you will get age related atrophy. You want to build as much mass as you can so when you start losing 10lbs a decade you still have enough left at 90 to get around

Bhanks spent most of his life as a twink who up until recently couldn't walk. Hes taking advantage of years that were stolen from him.

Just a suggestion. Put 100 lbs un a ruck sack, strap to back, visit a friend in a condo or apartment, go from 1st floor stairs to penthouse. Rest 10 minutes in between. Go up 3 times.

I can objectively say that I do see an improvement. Should be interesting once you hop back on.

Just a suggestion. Put 100 lbs un a ruck sack, strap to back, visit a friend in a condo or apartment, go from 1st floor stairs to penthouse. Rest 10 minutes in between. Go up 3 times.
the building i worked in has 14 floors, I would do the stairs each day (we were on FL 14).
was a challenge at first (kinda old) then improvements came quick. would do it each am when i got there and then again after lunch.
little skinny guy i worked with was a runner, he'd buzz up and down easily. he weighed 130 (twink).
used to tease me at first when i was laboring up (im 205 lbs). so he grabbed a backpack, stuck a few laptops in it and tried it.
world of difference for him. (much harder). I told him ill take my 70 lbs of muscle i have over him, he can keep his great cardio (and bald head). ;D
