Right before the suplex he was thrown out of the ring and took a hard fall. I suspect he got the wind knocked out of him and wasn’t recovered enough to properly take the fall.

Seems like a good dude. Hopefully he makes a full recovery.

This is a legit injury. WWE has been careless as of late. Last month, Drew McIntyre did nearly the same thing to Madcap Moss at Elimination Chambers. People are STILL wondering how Moss DID NOT break his neck, as McIntyre planted him right on his bean.

Then there was that debacle also in Saudi Arabia, where Goldberg nearly KILLED Undertaker with a botched Jackhammer. And Undertaker returned the favor, nearly killing Oldberg with a botched Tombstone.

Not to mention, Bobby Lashley is still out, because of Brock Lesnar's careless suplex from the Royal Rumble two months ago.

I'm so glad Goodrum got out of wrestling when did. Watching these tragic accidents truly shows why something like professional wrestling can be recklessly dangerous.

I don’t think Brock was anymore careless with Bobby than he has been with anyone else.

I am a regular watcher of Pat McAfee's daily show so I tried to watch Smackdown for the first time in over probably 2 decades when he got the gig.  Always liked Raw better during the Attitude era.  When that ended I stopped watching soon after.   Anyway, I never even made it through half of either show.  The wrestling sucked, but the acting/characters were even worse.

McAfee did a really good sit down in his studio with Vince a couple weeks ago for about an hour.  Vince is actually a pretty chill and down to Earth guy when not in character.  He offered McAfee to set him up with a match at Wrestlemania coming up.  I think Pat might want to reconsider after seeing this seeing as he just signed a $140 4 year deal with FanDuel. :o

Ex WWE Star Scott Hall's Still Alive, His Friend Confirmed
He spent the rest of his career wrestling for various promotions, which is included Extreme Championship Wrestling, New Japan Pro-Wrestling, and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, where he held the TNA World Tag Team Championship once, along with Kevin Nash and Eric Young.

Before rising to prominence after signing with the WWF in May 1992, Scott started his career in 1984, assuming the name Razor Ramon. He won the WWF Intercontinental Championship four times while within the company.

Defecting to WCW, where he became a founding member of the New World Order (nWo) faction, he departed the company in May 1996 and alongside Hulk Hogan and Kevin Nash.

Scott became a two-time WCW United States Heavyweight Champion in the company as well as a one-time WCW World Television Champion, and a nine-time WCW World Tag Team Champion.

As it’s been shared by reliable sources, he later left WCW in February 2000 and returned to the WWF (later renamed WWE) for a short stint in 2002.

His super elite genetics make him resistant to injury just as he is resistant to hypertrophy.
