They need to get DDP to the hospital ASAP.
-
They have him on life support so they can get the family there and then they are going to pull the plug...no brain activity. He's gone

When Scott miraculously makes a full recovery, doctors around the world will be baffled but only getbiggers will know why
-
Saw this earlier, sad but he was always destined to go early, you don't see many old men over 6'3 about
-
Always liked halls gimmick, oozing machismo. Rip razor.

Well done.
Out of all the reasons Scott Hall was going to die early you’re the first I’ve ever seen to mention his height.
Also the NBA 75th anniversary team had a lot of living members older than Scott Hall who are taller than 6”3. Except for Kobe. He was 6”7 and deceased.
-
Rip

Well they are the lucky ones then, coz you rarely see a tall old man let alone a group of them.

He was a great performer even in his AWA days. RIP
-
yeah Scott had a great gimmick sucks you go in for an orthopedic procedure and wind up with a blood clot heart attack
-
Unfortunately, it's official. Razor's gone!!!
-
Instead of those shitty hulk hogan fools in the 90s, they should have done a scarface spoof with razor ramon.
-
He seemed like a cool cat. Loved his finisher, style and physique (no homo)

RIP Scott Hall
Today he took his last breath. He was one of the better characters in the WWF and made for great entertainment.

So sad. He lived a fun life though.

Wonder if he got the clot shot, a lot of hospitals are requiring it for surgery.

Always likeable even as a heel
More mugshots than even the most illustrious getbigger

was he a alcoholic? what kind of rec drugs did he take? steroid abuser too?

They will never admit it.
I guarantee he got it, they said he had complications due to blood clots.

Did not age well. :'(

Hey. Yo.
PIP.

LOL looked it up this morning then proceeded to watch another match of him beating the hell out of Jeff Hardy. Supposedly this jobber is Carmella’s father according to the comments. Hall looked like he really beat the shit out of him. Jobbers destroyed for the big push! Love when Vince schmoes out on the mic

This was when McMahon was supposedly phasing out the "big guys", as if Razor was a cruiserweight.

Guy was a legend. 6'7" 270 with movie star good looks. Incredible athlete too with uncanny physical ability. Also an Incredibly gifted communicator. Scott was like lightning in a bottle.

He was a seriously impressive physical specimen, not just another good physique.

doesn't deserve legendary status when he had those looks and charisma and was never world champion
the few times he was in the main event it was just to put over the bigger star

Tell that to Pipers family.
The belt is a prop, Hall is likely the best wrestler to never hold the world title, or piper.
Dude was over at a time in WWE when holding the belt was regulated to a handful of names, he was to much of a pot stirrer to be trusted in WWF and in WCW he didn’t care about holding the titles.

The number of guys who were bigger stars than Razor you could literally count on one hand, back then: Hart, Diesel, Michaels, 'Taker.
I believe that, had he stayed in the WWF in the late 90s, he would have eventually been made champion.

piper isn't a legend either, hall of fame status but not legendary status just like hall
i think piper was the world champion, at least in NWA

those were the dark days of wwf, though maybe nowadays are the dark days i don't follow it enough to know, but i know the mid 90's were tough times

these are the legends of wrestling just off the top of my head from that era early 90's - early 2000's
hogan

michaels
austin
rock

undertaker
foley
goldberg
savage
angle
triple h
these guys were legendary in and out of the ring, famous to even non wrestling fans and capable of being the number 1 guy in the company
i would put the following guys in the 2nd tier, main eventers but not who you wanted to be your leading face or heel, if they were the number 1 name in the company the company was in big trouble, i don't think they deserve legendary status they were great but not quite the best of the best
bret hart
nash
hall
sid
jericho
vader
benoit
luger
i'm sure i missed a few guys

When i watched Wrestling back in the 80s, to me it was always Ultimate Warrior.

Earl…. Piper left wrestling at or near his peak to pursue action films. You’re thinking Hot Rod is King Kong Bundys equal? Piper was legendary during the 80s. He was still a name in the 90s but never a world champ even in the NWA.
Big E and Kofi Kingston are former world champions, neither will ever be considered legendary.
-

Yes. Piper created modern professional wrestling. Scott Hall was the next in line. McMahon didn't get it. He was pushing boring big guys. Piper CARRIED WrestleMania, the first one. And the first WrestleMania was the most important event in modern pro wrestling history.
ALL the storylines went through Pipers Pit. Say your prayers and eat your vitamin was all Hogan could do on the mic Mr. T didn't know where he was. Cyndi Lauper, Wendy Richter, ALL of them went through Pipers Pit.
Few had decent mic skills before Piper and later Hall. Hogan was a Superstar Billy Graham imitation. It was Piper and later Hall who changed the business.
This is Pipers masterpiece with Snuka. To this DAY people question if it was real. That's a master. Scott Hall was the successor to the throne. Masters of their trade.

WHAT?
The dude had a 20 year as a top guy using his marriage to kill any young talent that got over. Who else could have done something like that?

DDP said winning the world championship is like being given the oscar for best actor in wrestling, scott hall was never given that honor even with his best friend writing the show

why doesn't he belong on the list? he was the number 1 bad guy back when wrestling was mainstream and at its peak in the early 2000's

scott hall's best buddy kevin nash did the same thing in wcw
i mean nash booked himself to end goldberg's undefeated streak, though you could argue he redeemed himself laying down for hogan the next night on nitro

Earl I appreciate your perspective.
If Scott wanted the world title in WCW he would have had it. He was in the business for money at that point.
Vince Russo and David Arquatte both “won” the world title. Neither are legends.

why wouldn't scott want the world title? they all wanted money, what does that have to do with the title? wouldn't he make more money if he had the belt?
when russo and arquette won the title WCW was desperate for ratings so you could say they were just throwing crap at the wall and hoping it would stick to get attention

i already explained why, guess they didn't think scott was good enough to draw interest away from wwf
wcw valued scott so much they paid him 30k a week to stay home and do nothing
E

;D. ;D
Scott did it for the $$$$
For a couple of years he was the highest paid wrestler..
Had it written in his contract.. Nobody could be paid.more than him.. Wcw had to always match it / giving him a pay raise..
;D. ;D
