How’d he improve his legs so much? From his previous pics, they matched his upper body. Did he go the Mustafa Mohammad route? One of the better looking bodybuilders out there (no homo I swear)

i like his approach. If you are only into bodybuilding the squat and deadlift aren't needed.

Deadlifts are one of the most important exercises to get strong, IMO. It's the bread and butter of strength development, I would say.
But he doesn't squat, and has legs like that? If so, that's amazing.
Just looking at those shots - it makes me think of how important genetics are. Most people simply don't have the volume of muscle cells to get to that size.

Nick Walker rarely uses free weights. As mentioned, free weights aren't needed to be a bodybuilder.

Not exactly...but could you just do all leg extensions, and develop legs as fully as using a greater breadth and depth of exercises?
Also, don't compound movements get praised for some reason? It just seems like one of those bread and butter exercises.
Maybe I'm just conflating the need for squats in bodybuilding versus the need for squats in Strongman.

there is no better excercise for developing the quad than leg extensions, it works the quad through its full range of motion , you just need to do them with high intensity
Total leg development of courswe needs other exercises
