Freaky calves, solid delts and pecs from the looks of it.
He may be short (seems so) but definitely not short in genetics department.

Looked fairly genetically blessed from the start. Big forearms, calves, neck and fairly wide clavicles makes him look powerful. Also looks exactly like Steve-O
