Don't forget Hussien O'Bummer and his bff Marty Nesbitt also bought the land where the Magnum PI mansion once stood in Hawaii for $8.7 million in 2015
And since he's an ex-prez, the once public beach in front of the property will be completely cut off to the public for 'security reasons'.
