was he just shooting synthol into the outer bicep? its kinda strange how his arms look decent in front double bicep but look smooth as butter in any side shot or most muscular shot

His arms always had that hard but smooth quality. This is 1995. Arms were harder here, maybe because his weight was 235.
In the final years of his career, he definitely was enhancing his arms. After his career, he arms look fake.
