^ I didn't realize that Mike has a YouTube channel that he updates regularly.
You know...Mike has literally been at the top of the fitness industry for *30* years now - arguably, since 1991.
I remember seeing some women's [or gay interest] birthday card at a novelty store that had Mike O'Hearn on the front, where he was lying in the beach.
That was back in 2000.
I think Mike said Joe Weider discovered him at the 1990 Mr. Olympia contest, when Mike was 21. His first photoshoot was in 1991, so he's been basically as far as you can get in the fitness world for literally over 31 years now, if you want to be specific.
That's why it annoys me that O'Hearn claims to be natural. What he has done is unprecedented, more or less. NOBODY takes an industry that has average 10-year careers, and does it for 30 years. You have rare genetic freaks like Jay Cutler who had a 20-year bodybuilding career, with 17 as a pro, and 10 where he won pro shows, and Dexter Jackson - another genetic freak - who had a 28-year bodybuilding career, with 22 as a pro, and with a staggering *29* pro wins between 2002-2019.
And while Mike O'Hearn never won a Mr. Olympia, he has still been at the elite level of the fitness industry, and is still there now at age 53.
To me that's impressive whether he's natural or not. So I don't know why he needs to claim natural. The man is very impressive.
Weird that he won't take steroids, but takes Botox [maybe that explains his current look - dermal fillers may look like as they age].

Yes, i think Mike O'Hearn is the greatest fitness personality of all time bc of his incredible consistency & unprecedented longevity
-
It's more likely he had his face injected with a bunch of fillers again. Takes a while for the puffiness to go away.

And lifetime natural athlete to boot.

You are aware that all salt comes from land and not from the sea

He's been eating a lot of FreeRange Cuck Eggs® lately, hence the bloated fece-face.
-
Yeah you can get chipmunk cheeks from too much fillers. Don’t know if that’s the case though. Hope so.

I guess no one has considered he ate an extra pizza people gain and lose weight the body fluctuates with the seasons

He made a video a while back, basically doing the vertical diet with some other added stuff, he was talking about longevity, joint health, injury, etc. Being 50 or however old he is, what he fails to understand, is sugar(glucose) creates inflammation, his joints hurt because of inflammation, if he went carnivore all those issues would dissappear, especially the face bloat.

Maybe you should shoot him an email on how to eat and train

It's given him a touch of the 'Vegas Elvis' face, no..?
Does Stan get his sodium from the Himalayan sea?
That's absolutely correct. The Pink Himalayan Sea

I tried the Red Sea salt but it is much too potent. The more diluted Pink Himalayan Sea salt just hits the spot!

Yeah he believes in carbs, idk why. He has gained fat on his face but he knows how to burn it off

Never said anything about his training, the guys a beast. He's obviously off the sauce or at a trt dose, maybe he's on insulin and gh which require carbs. Either way, he'd definitely feel a lot better dropping the wheat germ, flax seed, and rice. He knows the sport, he probably came up on Gironda's steak and eggs diet, should just go back to it.

He knows how to get ripped though, he goes zero carbs for like 3 months and does a lot of cardio
