Title: 3.3 times her bodyweight (deadlift)
Post by: Gym-Rat on May 09, 2022, 10:43:26 AM

https://barbend.com/samantha-eugenie-deadlifts-210-kilograms/

 :o

139 lb. gal deadlifts 463 lbs raw/belt/sumo. (3.3 times her bodyweight).

The old saying "you lift like a girl" would now be a complement to most gym-douches.

Impressive - but does she soak the platform with piss on a big lift?  (Asking for a friend)

Wimmens can develop strong legs and hips.

I would like to see how strong she is in a conventional deadlift though.

For myself, I'd like to see how much she can lift in the 'hands-free sumo' style...🤔

I know many that outlift "men" at the gym. If she practices it/trains it, I have no doubt she's good at it.
Sumo doesnt really make it easy. Ive tried it many times, and for me, much harder than conventional. (Since I dont train it/practice it).

Very good point.

I haven't been back in the gym for long, and while Canada's Strongest Woman is stronger than me, and would beat be in a balanced Strongman contest, I'm already ahead of her in upper body lifts - and I have at least 60-lb to add to my lifts [from muscle memory].

That's one area that just isn't close between males and females - upper body strength.

There are some very impressive female deadlifters and squatters though - who would beat the average male gym rat for sure.

Anybody else notice that "gym culture" is becoming somewhat feminized?

I've trained at lots of gyms all over the world.  20 years ago, there were zero women hitting the weights.  It was super rare to see even one woman taking it seriously.  (If they were there at all, it was usually just to accompany their boyfriends.)  Today, in Europe, gyms are like 75-80% female.  The cardio sections are 90% female, and the weights/machines are roughly 60% female.

The gym thots all have the same look, too: Tights, ponytail, tattoos.

Is it just me?  What the fuck is going on here, bros?

No one is stopping anyone from joining a gym.

If this is truly the case, maybe men should not be so lazy.

Not at the gyms in go to in the USA. In the cardio section yes. But not where the free weights are. Maybe 10-20% women there depending on the time of day. Those that do go mostly have the same yoga pants, ponytail, tattoo look.

Thanks for asking for me. God, if she did, I'd be out of my chair and launching into a flying skid before you could fucking blink. It would look like someone placed a Slip 'N Slide between her legs. All you'd see is a bearded Muslim zooming by at 100 mph with his mouth wide open.

Most of the young girls are stronger than the beta boys in my gym. They train a lot harder.

I was fond of you prior to this post.  No homo.  But this post alone should have you in the conversation for rookie of the year.

Maybe these “females” are actually trans, have you thought of that?

The gals in my gym train harder and are more bad-ass than most of the cuck "men". And the asses on 'em, good lord.

Same here. The women lifters in my gym are very hardcore and very strong, while maintaining their overall femininity. One woman in my gym who is around 160 pounds can bench 225 for 2 clean reps. All natural.

are you with her 24/7?

No, why? You're assuming that I'm wrong about her being natural? I've been around yoked up people in the gym for years, both male and female, and I can definitely say she's natural.

There's another powerlifting friend of mine who I do hang out with a lot( NOT 24/7, as you put it) who competes at meets at 195 pounds. He benched 375 clean at his last meet, finishing first in his weight class. Can also bench press 225 pounds for almost 30 reps. Natural as can be, takes nothing anabolic. Just eats properly and trains consistently. Yes, these types of people do exist.

unless you are with someone 24/7 you dont know for sure they are clean

as for being able to tell if someones natural or not, what about the other way around?
I know people who take truckloads of year and dont even look like they lift

Well...yeah...ok...I can always tell when someone's on the sauce or using, whether it be skin coloration, bloat/ etc. It's very obvious. The people you're referring to that take lots of stuff but look like shit simply have SHIT genetics.

I worked at Kevin Levrone's gym for a few years in the late 90's. About a good 70% of the members were juice monkeys. Very easy to tell apart who was yoked and who wasn't. You seem like an older, experienced lifter yourself so I'm mildly surprised you're debating this topic. We're also differentiating between powerlifting and bodybuilding.

I know everyone on getbig easily reps 315 for 8 on bench at under 200 lbs but in reality 225x2 at 160 lbs is pretty strong even for natural men.  I'd say it borders the realm of believability that a woman is doing that drug-free.

100%. Especially when you're as committed to it as someone like the woman who I saw do it. She barely got the 3rd rep up but she did with no help. She practically laid on the floor for 10 minutes after she did it. Here's the link.....you be the judge. Technically, she hit 3 reps. Also, a hell of an athlete and gymnast.
