Fuck no again you are a small 65 year old man who thinks you can train the same thing everyday. I absolutely can not recover and train legs twice a week. Yes I can get them all cut up doing that fuck no I am not going to add any size training legs twice a week then doing chest and back and arms. You need to eat rest and recover. It takes a week to fully recover.

Your fucking "training" is probably so lackluster and pussified {all except arms of course,especially the left one},that you could probably train legs seven days a week and they`d still recuperate.

I never tore a quad muscle wtf and I dont have any hip issues they are not as cut up looking because I cant currently flex them hard but they are bigger than ever
