Title: Tangent from recent threads

It's not quite been 2hrs since my last meal.  I am close to hitting my macros for the day.  I was thinking of adding in a shake right now but am not on my bulking phase yet.  Would this create too much of an anabolic environment for me?

If you follow the protocol correctly. Your legs should wither away and your stomach should expand to 40 inches.

It's risky, it could cause your cocoon of growth to burst.  If you feel your cocoon of growth about to be damaged, use the Hankins Expulsion Principle. It's a fancy name for just shitting your brains out, Brian has mastered this, but a novice might need some Ex-Lax to help or some generic Mexican laxatives they get from their maid.

The important thing is that you don't leave the bathroom till it looks like an M-80 strapped to Hersey's chocolate sauce bottle has gone off in there.

Go for it.  And make sure there's plenty of heavy cream in that shake, and maybe a few ounces of MCT's?  You need to keep your resting pulse around the 120 mark 8)

I just got done with my walk on my treadmill this a.m. for my fasted steady state cardio.  Looking to keep dropping bodyfat.  Is it better for slow digesting, low glycemic carbs to be eaten with my egg whites or am I risking not taking advantage of anabolic window by not including some quick digesting carbs?  Also I was thinking of using the liquid egg whites instead of regular egg whites.  Will this produce better results?

Tut tut (smh).  Only losers do cardio.  You should have been training constantly since you were 3 - that way you'd have altered your genetics permanently so that normal science would not apply to you...

Foods to eat:

Meat, eggs, fish
Non-starch vegetables (green like broccoli)
Berries (but sparingly)
Cheese, cream
Nuts, seeds
Butter, healthy oils

Foods not to eat:

Juices
Fruit (not often)
Flour products
Grains (rice, wheat, cereals, etc.)
Sugars
Low fat foods
Trans fats (partially hydrogenated foods)
